But Luffy is hard… because the obvious pick would be cute little monkey.. and that would be so so awesome. But it’s TOO obvious… grrr… I actually thought about this lots during the summer and couldn’t reach a proper conclusion.
My bestie recently got super into caterpillars and we watched vids of them eating and eating and eating and growing big and fat, LIKE LUFFY… so caterpillar luffy would actually be… so cute..
now that I think about it he wouldn’t be a butterfly caterpillar he would be a horned atlas caterpillar 😳 king of the beetles!!!!

I got the narrative in my head that they’d be hiding in a barn at night amongst the hay, so no one would see them. Koby would then kinda prompt Luffy abt anything bug related just to hear him talk non-stop 🥺oh but then I forgot to actually draw fireflies in there too, lighting up the surrounding area. which I wanted… lmao rip
