You can return any eligible product if it is:

• Purchased directly from our website.

• Returned within 30 days of your order date.

• At least half-full.

• Gift cards are not eligible for a refund. 

2. How to Return 

To initiate a return:

• Initiate a Return: Use our self-serve portal to initiate a return and generate a return label. 

• Return Your Product: Return the product to us, ensuring it's at least half-full, along with a copy of your receipt, within 30 days of your order date.

3. Discounted Bundles, Free Gifts, and Pre-Made Kits

• If you return only part of a discounted bundle, we’ll adjust your refund based on the items you keep.

• If your order included a free gift, you must return it or we may deduct its value from your refund.

• Pre-made kits (like The CSA Philosophy Kit) must be returned as a complete set.

4. Purchases From Other Retailers

• If you purchased our products from another retailer, you will need to contact them as their own returns policy will apply.
