He first made this campaign after being disabled in the bombing of his home, when doctors informed his family that he needs urgent surgery to remove shrapnel from his body. Now getting this care seems increasingly distant as this money is used up just surviving constant bombings, displacement, and starvation.

At time of writing, he has raised €31,413 out of his goal of €50,000. Not all of this sum can even go towards the displacement costs, as commission rates are still high. Today the commission ranges between 30-40%, but two weeks ago it was as high as 50%.
