Um, hi! I’m Ramone. Formerly known as kalashnikiller or killer-of-kalashnis. This blog is basically an ancient relic at this point and I no longer hold a lot of the beliefs that I used to when I was a literal child. Please, take everything on this blog (especially the stuff I said when I was in my teens) with a grain of salt. I think it’s safe to say that I’m not that person anymore - he kinda sucked.

Here’s some info about the current me.

I’m 26 as of last updating this (born November 1999, in case I forget to update).

My identity is super weird and complex. We’d be here forever if I got into it now. The most basic description I can give you is “trans, genderqueer, bi, a-spec, and polyamorous.” Any pronouns are fine - and yes, I mean literally any pronouns. Neos are freaking cool and I’m sorry I didn’t realize that sooner! I would also really appreciate it if you alternated pronouns for me instead of sticking to one set, but I absolutely understand if that hurts your brain so it’s not a requirement. (An example would be “I went to the store with him yesterday. I had to pay for her stuff, because they forgot to bring its wallet. Fae’s so forgetful sometimes!”)

I’m Canadian, but like, Southern Canadian somehow. I’m also white, if this matters to you. I am trying to be better about POC and their struggles.

I’m autistic and cognitively/intellectually disabled (which would have been nice to know earlier /j but also /srs), plus other sundry brainweirds. As a consequence, I sometimes say things that don’t make sense. If that happens, just ask me to explain and I’ll gladly do so to the best of my ability!

I’m a lot more left-leaning now than I used to be. I try to learn as much as I can about social justice and how to be a better advocate and better human, but the disability makes it a little difficult.

I also had a dog for a large portion of my time operating on this blog. That’s him in my header image! Search “doge” or “deeogee” if you want more. He passed away in July 2023, but he’s still the king of my heart. 🖤 Our current pet is Mom and Dude’s cat, Mary-Jane (MJ for short) and I might post about her sometimes. She’s a chaos demon.

this advice has been passed along to me, so I would like to pass it along to you

a cargo plane violently crashed and exploded today (november 4 2025) in the united states, shortly after lifting off from the louisville muhammad ali international airport, which is an airport in louisville kentucky. apocalyptic looking fire. there is currently a shelter in place order nearby and I think the runway is completely closed down at the moment

the videos of the crash and aftermath, I have been told, get fairly distressing. it was a cargo plane so not full of passengers but the explosion was pretty big and at the moment the fires are not contained and it is unclear how many people were injured or killed

but people were absolutely injured and killed, some of those injuries are gruesome, and the numbers are expected to rise

be kind to yourself and if you think you might even slightly be affected by these videos, consider making an effort not to watch them. a lot of these videos are being posted in places with autoplay. a lot of comments on this situation involve warnings that these videos get gnarly. as a reminder, it is absolutely possible to develop PTSD, PTSD-like symptoms, and other major negative mental and/or physical health effects just from videos even if you live halfway around the world from a tragedy

not like I post a warning every time something bad happens and violent videos go around but I happened to get a warning about this specific thing and I wanted to share that warning with you

for those who don’t remember, “mole interest” was an experiment I did 2 years ago because I wanted to test what causes tags to go trending on tumblr. My hypothesis was that all it takes is one (1) post blowing up in an established tag to make the entire tag trend.

I had randomly generated 2 words, which is where “mole interest” came from. I failed to consider that by generating a new tag, it wouldn’t have had enough posts already in it to prove what I now call “the mole interest effect”.

But now it does.

In 2023, we said “fuck it” a la mythbusters and ended up doing whatever it took to get #mole interest to trend. And it did. And it happened to be September 11th that day, and we managed to get #mole interest to trend ABOVE #9/11.

So, in the name of science, I ask you to reblog just this post. Let’s put the mole interest effect to the test.

Marsha P. Johnson allegedly died of suicide in 1992, and her death was never investigated. Even I, a mere prole, could catch the “she was murdered” vibes from the circumstances surrounding the discovery of her body.

Without a trans black woman, LGBT+ rights would not exist. Never forget. Never “pay it no mind”.

Police may also feign kettles in order to cause a protest to disperse.

Protests that move quickly are harder to kettle (but are easier to split up as people get left behind).

Something important to note is that kettles are used by police to gather intelligence. Police may tell you that you will be allowed to leave if you provide your name and your address, if you give information about other protestors etc. Police can and will lie to you, do not trust them. Never talk to cops.

Being trapped in a kettle is stressful. Police may decide to arrest a few of you or all of you. Their goal is to gather information and to demoralize you. They might threaten or harass you. Your goal should be to remain calm and to help the people around you remain calm. Remember if nobody talks, everyone walks.

kettles are illegal in some places in the US. never forget that cops are above the law and break it all the time. do not be lulled into a false sense of safety by laws against kettles. "that's illegal! you can't do that!" does nothing to stop a drove of riot swine.
