i don’t get horror movies, why doesn’t the protagonist just act in a way which will prevent a story from being told or piece of entertaining media made

Idk about you but personally I wouldn't find myself blocked in some sketchy catacombs just because I wanted a stone and then enter a passage that has "abandon all hope, ye who enter here" written on it

skill issue. im moving in the catacombs like a victorian sewer snake. pockets full of rocks. straight up clattering with illicit gains. hands full of skulls and gravel. velvet cloak. sunglasses; no sun. “abandon all hope” does not apply to me because the only thing i brought with me was 49 Trojans and astroglide. the only thing im leaving with is memories.

There was a lot of this after season 1 also and it never stopped being infuriating to me. They’re both flawed and broken that’s what makes them good characters!

Monk orgy has Aziraphale stationed at a remote monastery as a mission from Heaven, where four of the other monks take a liking to him. They approach him to be a part of their group activities, which turns out to be orgies 😌 they dote on him and he has a really great time and even gives them some angelic blessings during their activities.

The Pygmalion au me and Ouida have going is in a currently undetermined time period in Paris, and involves Crowley as a sculptor fresh off a very bad breakup building his perfect man in the form of a sculpture of Aziraphale (one that he is more than a bit amorous with). But when Aziraphale comes to life he is much different than what Crowley expected, but he falls in love with Aziraphale for who he is while battling his own fears about not being good enough

urgh good omens fandom. some people have got way too comfortable asking Neil Gaiman flat out inappropriate stuff about actors appearing in his tv show.

Pls consider this a gentle reminder that actors doing a job and portraying make-believe characters have families and private lives that are not your business, no matter how much you like the make-believe character on the tv show.

Also maybe wait till the damn show comes out and complain about stuff you didn't like that actually happened, instead of complaining now about some bizarre and incredibly unlikely unrealistic scenario that only exists in your head?

Hope you don’t mind me adding a bit here, op. Your post is excellent and it’s making me want to say this too.

On that same note can we also not bother Colleen Doran about the graphic novel? She’s had to make two posts already about boundaries to ask fans to stop sending her fic and asking so many questions that she’s already answered in those two posts.

The finished products that we get are the finished products that we are going to get, everyone calm down and reserve your complaints til afterwards and ffs leave the authors and performers out of it plz.

idk it just feels so good when you realize a fandom friend has become ur friend friend—y’know? like instead of only talking about ur common interest u start branching out and talking to each other about your lives, your other hobbies, and it’s even cooler to remain close if one or both of you lose interest in the fandom you met in. your bond, no longer dependent on the mutual love you had for some thing—now lies upon the kinship you’ve built. i think that’s beautiful
