RE: biological/physical nonhumanity discussion.

I understand where the other anon is coming from regarding confusion due to the objective nature of claiming to be biological part animal, vs the subjective nature of claims regarding psychology and spirituality. Even though I am physically nonhuman, I have some difficulty wrapping my head around the folks who claim that they can actually pshift due to nonhuman DNA, or that they were actual theriform animals who got twisted into human shape in the name of scientific experimentation. I may not understand it and may privately not really believe it, but I do believe that it doesn't affect me in any way, and I understand that it is real to them, so I'm better off supporting their right to exist and express themselves right alongside me. We are not so different, and I would fight for their right to express these beliefs and their lived experiences.

If you'd be interested in hearing about a case of physical nonhumanity that falls into a somewhat subjective realm, that's where I am. I am a primarily spiritual nonhuman, and I believe through rites and gifts related to being a werecreature on a spiritual level, I have the ability to heal at a faster rate than a regular human, have been capable of animalistic physical feats that should be impossible for me (jumping vertical distances someone my size shouldn't be able to while chasing prey, slashing through thick leather with my nails, running on all fours with an ease and grace I shouldn't have given that I do not practice quadrobics etc), have had sensory shifts that border on requiring physical differences from a human (being able to track deer through the woods by scent alone, seeing in the dark better than any of my peers, and a sort of "hunting sense" of being able to visualize trails of where animals have ran without any usual signs like tracks or fur), and have had experiences where others "see" my nonhuman form superimposed over my physical form even when they don't know about my nonhumanity during especially vivid shifts where I am attempting to project my form out into the world especially strongly. I don't believe that any of these experiences are caused by an actual scientific biological change in my physiology, but they deeply affect my physical experience regardless, and so I consider them physical nonhumanity by proxy of spiritual experience. Many of these events have had witnesses who can attest to them, so I am inclined to believe that they are true, even if I am aware they sound a little silly.
