Namine's Cafe Official Light Novels

The first book of my Shadows of Time Saga (in a bigger series I dub 'Ace Universe'), I believe this is the best work I've been constructing for over a year. The main character, Tokachi Ren, just moved into the city of Kyoto with his sister while their parents are stuck doing work in Tokyo for a while. He's not your usual Shounen Protagonist (yes, this is somewhat a shounen series), having a feminine face and not that much muscle, being almost mistaken for being a girl. Moving him has given him a new desire to start a new life, make a lot of friends, and try to live out his life like a slice of life anime...but, he's kinda in for a rude awakening.

Now, this series has supernatural elements to it, as well as a bit of comedy, drama, and romance added in. Also, just a heads up: There are no heroes in this story; Just a bunch of people, doing what they think is right or otherwise. You may like them or hate them, but in the type of world I'm portraying, it fits the bill.

Now, this is one of my more lighthearted stories for the club. Yes, there is still drama in this, but the difference between this and my previous story is that it's an actual slice of life story with a lot of arcs. Like I said at the top of this thread, this is the rewrite of a similar LN I tried to write for this club (but life got in the way). I mean, it's not completely a rewrite; I only wrote less than 10 chapters, so after I catch up to the last chapter I wrote, the rest will be quite original.

The story is mostly set in a cafe, you know which one, where it centers around the people who work there, the mini-adventures of its visitors, and sometimes a chapter or two from the viewpoint of the owner, Namine. The main character is Minami Heiko, an 18-year-old girl who is a hopeless romantic, a closet pervert, and a bit of a cute geek. Of course, she won't be the main focus in all the stories, but she's pretty much around in them.
