Overview:
This is a 10 page hentai short, so there isn't really much to talk about. Why would anyone read this bullshit you might ask? It is one of the earliest works by Kouta Hirano, the mangaka of Hellsing and introduces one of his greatest characters, Captain Germany AKA Hans Gunsche.
Plot: 2/10
An Arab girl is running from some evil American soldiers in North Africa that are currently raping her sister. She comes across an SS soldier that is dying of thirst and offers him some water. To show his

gratitude, he marches up to the Americans and slaughters them after revealing that he singlehandedly comitted the Melmeddy Massacre, a real life event in which the Waffen SS executed over 80 American POWs. This is despite the fact that the Melmeddy massacre happened in 1944, by which time German soldiers had been cleared out of North Africa. I guess all of them except zee Captain, who doesn't follow orders because he is too badass.
analysis: So this is basically some far right historical revisionism/wet dream in which the heroic Axis butchers evil Americans. At least it is still better than Code Geass, because it doesn't take itself seriously and also the Cap is fucking awesome! Although sincere far right nationalism, historic revisionism, and anti American hatred, which are all making a HUGE comeback in Japan, really infuriates me. This comic is just a joke, and I am cool with that as long as it stays a joke.
Art: 4/10
Yeah, the art in this comic sucks. Kouta was never a great artist to begin with and young Kouta is...not exactly Rembrandt.
Hilarity and oddity factor: 9/10
This is something that you read simply because it exists. It will also probably give you a chuckle.
Overall: 5/10
This was an interesting little read for people that like to know the history behind characters and will be enjoyed by huge Kouta Hirano fans. It is only 10 or so pages and is by NO MEANS a masterpiece or even good, it is still interesting enough to read. Afterall, it will only take about 2 minutes of your time.
