THE TESTAMENT OF THE END
THE FOUR RENDING VEILS
THE SHATTERING OF THE EARTH, ITS FOUNDATIONS SHAKEN, MOUNTAINS CRUMBLING, AND THE SEAS BOILING INTO STEAM, SCORCHING THE SKY.
UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE THIRD RENDING VEIL, THE LIVING CREATURES OF THE EARTH CRIED OUT IN AGONY, THEIR FORMS WITHERING AND DISSOLVING, AS THEIR ESSENCE WAS DRAWN INTO THE VOID, CONSUMED BY THE INSATIABLE HUNGER OF THE DARKNESS.
AND THE FOURTH AND FINAL RENDING VEIL SAW THE UNRAVELING OF TIME ITSELF, AS THE PAST AND THE FUTURE WERE DEVOURED, THE CYCLE OF LIFE AND DEATH FOREVER BROKEN, LEAVING BEHIND ONLY THE ETERNAL SILENCE OF THE VOID.
THE WORLD, NOW A PIT OF DESPAIR AND TORMENT, TREMBLED BENEATH THE WEIGHT OF ITS OWN DOOM, AS THE ESSENCE OF EXISTENCE WAS STRIPPED AWAY, LEAVING ONLY THE COLD DARKNESS IN ITS WAKE.
THE CHILDREN OF MEN WAILED AND GNASHED THEIR TEETH, AS THEIR BODIES TWISTED AND CONTORTED, THEIR FORMS RIPPED APART, THEIR SOULS CONSUMED BY THE BOUNDLESS MAW OF THE VOID.
AND THE HEAVENS THEMSELVES WERE TORN ASUNDER, THE CELESTIAL SPHERES SCATTERED INTO THE ABYSS, THEIR LIGHT EXTINGUISHED FOREVERMORE.
SO CAME TO PASS THE END OF ALL THINGS, THE GREAT CONSUMMATION, AS THE LAST REMNANTS OF CREATION WERE SWALLOWED BY THE DARKNESS.
SILENCE FELL UPON THE VOID, AND DARKNESS REIGNED SUPREME, FOR NAUGHT REMAINED BUT THE ECHOES OF THE DAMNED AND THE ETERNAL HUNGER OF THE ABYSS.

I am constantly on the hunt for new bands to listen to. Unfortunately, most of the stuff I love comes from bands that started in the 1980's. Dead Lights, I'm happy to say, are very new and very exciting. Glitterspit is an amazing album from start to finish and I listen to it every single day. I even bought the vinyl which is magnificent. If you love ebm and synthpop, listen to Glitterspit asap.

WOW! Now I can listen to all of it, I am so glad I pre-ordered! Another fantastic release from the consistently great Freaky Mind! :D reminds me of the great Nitro-Noise at times. Everything here is solid at least and Where Is My Mind? will hopefully become a dance floor hit here (it reminds me of Cyferdyne the mix of musical styles!). I would really love it even more if one day the lyrics were posted here on bandcamp too though!
