The blood from his parent’s bodies hadn’t even yet cooled, and already Y̵a̵r̵a̵ Yuri had been sent to the orphanage in Raadost. Little did they know they’d be sending him to suffer for thirteen long years.

(Yuri is he/him but was born biologically female and named Yara, at this point he had come out to his parents, but the town he was from hadn’t known, and so (with no malice) had sent him to the orphanage in a dress).
