I was initially excited to partner with this print-on-demand company to expand my digital artwork into physical products. The onboarding process was smooth, and early experiences were positive. However, as my order volume increased especially during the holiday season serious operational issues began to surface.

Orders were frequently mishandled. Customers received incorrect prints that belonged to other sellers, while some of my customers received the wrong artwork entirely. In multiple cases, items never arrived at all. There were also repeated quality control problems, including incorrect frame types, prints that did not fit properly in frames, broken frames upon delivery, and duplicate prints being sent when customers ordered different designs.

These errors created a poor experience for my customers and significantly impacted my business reputation. Unfortunately, customer service did not provide effective or timely resolutions, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to sellers who value reliability, quality control, and strong fulfillment processes.

I’ve looked into and ordered from several POD websites and I’m happy to have found Artelo. The software just works which is nice. The pricing on prints are good but switching over for my framed products has made a big difference. Orders are sent out reliably and I haven’t run into any issues.

Their customer support is awesome! I wanted to test out my prints on the different paper they offer and they provided prints for each of them. In the end I decided to print my art on the Hahnemühle paper.

Switching from Gelato to Artelo was the best decision I ever made. The quality of the products from my free sample order were way better than I even expected. Also, the customer service and tutorials made switching super easy.

I did a lot of research on all of the Print on Demand services and they all had pros and cons. And pretty much all of them are tech companies that then contract with printing companies. What's awesome about Artelo is that they do everything in house...all in Kentucky! The quality is top notch, the prices are surprisingly low, and even the timing is good. My order arrived 10 days after I placed it...which for this industry is really good.

I used Artelo for the first time just to order personal prints, but am blown away by how easy the platform makes it to sell your prints. I am a hobby photographer and have wanted to start selling prints, and this is a great place to start.

I wanted a solution to help me print art for my daughter's designs. After doing some researching, I found artelo on Google. I was a bit skeptical given I'd never tried their product, but I was convinced by their website.
The entire process could not have been smoother. It was so easy through the selection, checkout, and delivery process. I'm usually let down from these types of print on demand solutions, but Artelo is a clear outlier. Can't wait to use them again!

Quality control is very consistent and I am proud to offer their products in my store. Production and shipping time is fast. I switched over to Artelo from Gooten and so far I’m very impressed. The prices are much better and I haven’t had any issues. So far I’m not able to move over my entire catalog but supposedly they will be adding canvas in the near future as well. Highly recommend.
