I bought 3 tops from these people at a cost of over 70€. The fotos on their site looked good but once the products arrived I was shocked at the quality, cheap, poliester, baldy made, with prints of fotos on plastic material that would cost less than 15€ in any cheap spanish gipsy market ... I was disgusted. I wrote to them demanding a refund and after 2 months of emailing to and fro they offered me a voucher for my Next purchase ! I would never recommend this site, what they advertised is NOTHING CLOSE to what you received .... Terrible quality and sick customer treatment! Stay away from them !

This company is a scam! I purchased two sweaters that were advertised as knit. What I received was two extremely poor quality polyester sweaters with a screen print of the knit design they're supposed to have on them. I ordered these back on October 25th. I contacted the help desk immediately and requested a refund. They've attempted to offer me coupons for the store because "shipping costs are so expensive to send it back". I don't plan on giving these con artists any more money so I've refused the cupons. I've sent five or six emails back demanding a full refund and they're still dragging their feet. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

SCAM!!!!!!! The post on Instagram shows a gorgeous, fully beaded top. I received the cheapest, ugliest print of a sweatshirt I've ever seen. I'm mad at myself for trusting this sight and not doing due dilligence first. There's of course, no way to get in contact with anyone at this horrible Chinese company.

Unfortunately I was taken enthusiastically by the pic of the anatomy sweater. And it was after I rechecked again realised that it was AI and didn't check the reviews on the web page childere.
I ordered it and what I got was a vulgar, cheap, not even close picture of the original.
I'm dealing with them right now, back and forth with emails that don't give me a satisfying reply.

What worries me is that I recommended Chiclara to all my friends and family, and they've started shopping. Some are still in the process of ordering, while others have already ordered and are waiting for their products. What worries me is that if they stop replying to emails, it's a real problem. Please give me your opinion or the phone number so I can tell my friends and family.

Seems to be from the same parent company as lots of other shady businesses. They feature fake products on their store, send you cheap versions of what you thought you bought. Refused to give refund, offered coupon instead. This business should be illegal and the owners in jail.

Terrible product. Not at all what is advertised. Bought two sweaters described as knits and pictured as knits. Just cheap screen printed fabric. Horrible.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Photo looked gorgeous, embroidered with a full skirt. It’s actually a polyester screen printed nightgown. Embarrassing.

Ho ordinanato un golfino di lana e ho ricevuto una sorta di maglia stampata malissimo che fa le scintille da quanto è sintetica che non assomiglia lontanamente a quella delle immagini. Questa è una vera e propria truffa anche perché gli articoli non sono economici e vengono esaltati proprio per la loro qualità. Sto procedendo al rimborso ma ho molti dubbi sull’esito. Sconsiglio vivamente!!

This is a scam. The products are not what is shown on their website. A "chunky sweater" is just a photographic image of a know sweater printed onto slick polyester, even tho the photo shows a knit sweater.

Trying to make a return is nearly impossible. You have to email them. Then they respond by asking you to send another email to a different email address in a week! (that is sketch).

When I finally got through, they offer a 20% discount to buy from their site instead of a refund. And they warn you off of making the return because YOU must arrange to have the product sent back to China and YOU have to pay all costs, including VAT.

how low can you go? so fake and horrible I cannot imagine how they do business

They show a knitted sweater…you get the cheapest poly sweatshirt…not worth a $1. Please do not buy anything from this company.

I feel so stupid. I ordered the awesome chunky pink skull knit sweater thinking Chicelder would send me what was in the picture for $44. HA! What I got was a very cheap polyester sweatshirt with a picture of that sweater screened onto it. I'm so embarrassed I won't wear it out in public lest everyone who knows will know I was fooled.

If I could put negative stars I would. I ordered a beautiful deep red velvet Halloween dress with rosettes, lace, etc. I got a crushed velvet purple ish dress with a flat stenciled design. No response after I sent a picture of what they are advertising vs what I got. Horrible!!!!

The clothes they send are not as described. The images on their website are knit sweaters and the product received are sweatshirt material with a print on them . SO disappointing!

Horrible quality, not like in pictures. They say they bring fashion to another level? I say the bring fashion to the level zero) Textiles are cheap6 impossible to wear, sizes are not correct, everything is wrong. Dont buy.

Do not fall for it! This site is a scam - you'll receive something, just not even remotely what was ordered. Stay far away!
