I use FlokiNET's services for a couple of years now and the best aspect of them is: customer service. While I also am a customer of different hosting businesses, this one really stands out.

When starting to get into Linux based hosting, I didn't know too much. Their fast, comprehensive and kind support was real helpful for me to develop skills – which I may also use professionally now.

They waived the €150 deposit for opening outbound mail ports when I purchased a new service after being a customer for a year.

I am happy with their VPS and the fact they provide a good service that is privacy focused is an added bonus. Their support is also great, they responded quickly and solved small problem.

I cancelled my subscription properly, yet they kept charging me through their payment gateway as if nothing had happened. This is something I’ve never experienced before with any other service, and it shows a worrying lack of control and professionalism.

Although they eventually issued a refund, the fact that I had to notice the unauthorized charge myself and chase them for it is unacceptable. A company that cannot manage cancellations correctly puts customers at risk and creates a serious trust issue.

I would strongly recommend double-checking your billing if you decide to use this service. They took about 6 months to refund me the money they billed without my authorization and dozens and dozens of messages

I do not recommend buying vps and similar services from this company. 1. They do not refund money; 2. They respond late; 3. Their website sometimes goes down.

I've used FlokiNET's services for over a decade now. Over that time one develops a certain feel for the way folks I've not ever met operate their business. Today I implicitly trust the folks at FlokiNET. I know the data and websites I operate exist with the best security safeguards and optimized anonymity in a world where that is increasingly unlikely. I recommend them to anyone.

I have no complaints. When I have raised a ticket I get a response within 24 hours from (what appears to be) a human. They are always helpful and professional.

Sure people are giving low reviews here. But know that Flokinet is really good at what they do and give great anonymous hosting. They do their best in customer support but more importantly they shine in anonymity and private hosting. Make sure to be patient. You’ll get great hosting here.

I bought a domain and have been waiting for it to be active for 4 days. I opened a ticket and the ticket has not been answered for more than 48 hours. Do not buy.

I love FlokiNet, truly outstanding services. The bad reviews are genuinely fron cringe cyber criminals.

Absolutely terrible, scammy company. I purchased a domain and hosting, only to wait days for the domain to become active. When nothing happened, I contacted customer support, which took ages to respond—only to inform me that the domain was already in use. They sold me a domain that wasn’t even available!

After taking my money, they casually asked if I wanted a refund. I requested a full refund for both the domain and hosting. And guess where the refund went? Straight to their platform as store credit, meaning no real refund at all. Avoid this company at all costs.

Nice company, nice CEO. I had a good talk with him at 38C3.
They have high uptime; I’ve only had a single billing problem once, which led to one of my VPS being turned off—guess that was my fault.

One small point of criticism from the viewpoint of a free-speech absolutist: Flokinet makes a distinction between hate speech and free speech. So, if you are a hardcore neo-Nazi, you probably shouldn’t use Flokinet ^^.

I also don’t understand why so many people are calling them scammers. I only pay with crypto and host multiple (at best) questionable hacking- (let’s call it “security research” ^^) and free-speech-related services, and I’ve never had any of my VPS banned.

I guess the people complaining all tried to register domains like “deutschebank-fototan.top” ^^
