Моя мама находилась у вас с 26 января по 6 февраля, вернувшись в полном восторге и очень довольны. К сожалению не зная всех по именам не могу персонально поблагодарить. Но наслышана про сопровождающую её самого начала Мадину Чамур, которая поддерживала её на протяжении всего лечения. Огромное ей спасибо! А также огромное спасибо лечащему врачу Румейса. Мой визит в клинику был очень положительным ,особенно мне понравилось общение с моими менеджерами Мадиной и Лэйлой. Девушки были всегда на связи ,всегда готовы помочь и ответить на все мои вопросы. Весь персонал был весьма доброжелательным и компетентным .

Стоматологические процедуры прошли весьма успешно. Координатором моим была Мадина Чамур . Рекомендую

Review: Deep Plane Face Lift Experience performed on 03.02.2026 in Istanbul.

I'm writing to share my experience with the Deep Plane Face Lift procedure organized by IME Clinic, Istanbul, at ERDEM HEALTH GRUP, Hospital (Day 6 post-op). Overall, I'm satisfied with the management of the surgery, bu my experience was marred by a lack of clear post-op guidance and support...

Appreciated:

- Airport assistance and transfers to and from the hospital were excellent. The team was very professional and made my travel arrangements stress-free. The assigned hotel was also a good choice, with very nice staff.
- Follow-up appointments were well-organized, and the medical team was attentive to my concerns.

To improve:

- Assistance and feedback after discharge were severely lacking. I felt abandoned and alone with many unanswered questions.
- The post-operative protocol was not clearly communicated, leaving me uncertain about:
- How often to change the bandages
- How to behave for a fast recovery
- Dietary restrictions and recommendations
- Movement and activity guidelines
- Management of pain and insomnia

I was disappointed that I didn't receive more guidance and support during the recovery process. A clear post-operative protocol and regular check-ins would have greatly alleviated my concerns and anxiety.

Despite the challenges, I'm pleased with the partial results of the surgery, and I'm grateful for the care I received during my hospital stay. However, I hope that IME Clinnic will review and improve their post-operative care to ensure that future patients receive the support they need for a smooth recovery.

My Rating: 3/5 stars

I would recommend this hospital for the surgery itself, but future patients should be aware of the potential lack of post-operative support. I'll update this review in a few weeks to provide a more comprehensive evaluation of the post-surgery support, results, and follow-ups with the staff.

It was nice and warm atmosphere very hospitable people which works at the clinic.
Clinic is well equipped and very clean.
At the clinic they answered all my questions and everything what they did was professional.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Emre and his plastic surgery team. Dr. Emre is exceptionally talented, kind, compassionate, and truly cares about his patients. From the very beginning, I felt heard, supported, and confident in his care.

The nurses on the 7th floor of the hospital were outstanding and attentive to all of my medical needs. A heartfelt thank you to the nurse (Ahmet) not only came to my bedside but also checked on me at my hotel to be sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything—that level of care meant so much to me.

I am also incredibly grateful to Selçuk, the medical facilitator, who was available at all times, promptly answered my questions, coordinated communication between Dr. Emre and me, arranged transportation, and ensured every detail—from my procedures to my accommodations—was handled seamlessly.

A very special thank you to Dr. Emre for everything he did for me. I am truly grateful and would highly recommend him and his entire team. Dr Emre is must if you are seeking cosmetic/plastic surgery.

I accompanied my mother from the United States for facial cosmetic procedures, including a deep plane facial performed by Dr. Emre. The results exceeded my expectations. Dr. Emre is professional, talented, knowledgeable, informative and kind. To provide anything less an exceptional review would be an understatement.

Furthermore, Dr. Emre’s team, including nurse Ahmet, and our translator Selçuk were always in direct communication, keeping us informed of every step-by-step along the way, and accommodated our pick up from the airport to hotel, hotel to clinic and vice versa. Special thanks to everyone on the team that made this experience as professional and seamless as possible.

Она была с нами на всех этапах поездки и моей операции.Нас забрали в аэропорту и отвезли в пятизвёздочный отель. Сначала не хотели заселять, якобы заселение будет только в 14 часов по местному времени,мы приехали в семь утра и были очень уставшими после перелета.Я позвонила Мадине и через 10 минут проблема была решена. Мадина сопровождала меня на всех этапах операции, давала практические советы.
Я планирую следующую операцию и буду обращаться только к ней. Мадина огромное Вам спасибо за проделанную работу!
