Rogue Traders
Ordered 4 items and none were suitable so asked for instructions for returns as per their returns policy. They offered me 50% refund if I wanted to keep items of which I said no as items were no good for me and requested 100% refund. They are rogue traders as the returns address is in China and not in Lichfield, UK as mentioned on website.

Beautiful dress when it arrived
Beautiful dress when it arrived. Unfortunately you smell.
If you the instructions on their site you have yo get in touch with them to receive a code. You can then return to the address given.
I contacted them but no reply at all.
I then decided to return the item, this was over 10 days ago.
Since then I have completed the form they have on line asking about my return. Also sent lots of emails. No reply at all.
Looks like I'm £27.99 out of pocket.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
If you need to return an item good luck.

Have emailed twice to Rosyday customer services to request a return, but have received no response to either. Very disappointed. An English address is given on their website, however the company would appear to be Chinese. I am happy to update my review if customer services ever decide to respond. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 sorry but if I don’t laugh, I will cry. Just received a top that I have wasted £29.99 on. I cannot believe I have been scammed over a sweatshirt top. On the site it looks like an animal print sweatshirt with a denim collar, cuffs that you can turn back and the denim showing through on the waist. it is actually made out of what I can only describe as very thick silky nylon. The denim isn’t denim it’s actually printed within the nylon. There is a little brown label on the front…. A game just printed within the fabric. It is absolutely disgusting.

Struggling to get full refund
I purchased three bikinis from Rosyday having first checked their location which shows London, UK. They are actually based in China! I am in the process of trying to return the items as they don't fit and have been offered £17 when they cost £57 so looks like there is going to be a number of emails before I get a satisfactory resolution. Avoid the site

Customer service
I ordered a dress once the item arrived and I tried it on it was too small after sizing up. Contacted customer service about returning for a refund to be offered a partial refund as I would have to pay postage to send it back. Emailed them back to ask how much shipping would be. Responded back with “We will give you a 50% refund okay”. Rather rude response and totally ignored my question cost nothing to be polite.
