We use CHARGEBLAST with Stripe, and their core service is highly effective. The learning curve during setup, especially when dealing with new concepts like Descriptors, was initially challenging. However, their customer service is top-tier. They provided detailed, hands-on assistance, effectively eliminating the confusion. We are particularly impressed with their commitment to transparency: they are honest about system flaws, explain issues clearly, process refunds, and correct problems immediately. Does it job pretty well as long as you set it up correctly. Unfortunately with Shopify Payments you can’t set up Amex alerts due you not having your own MID, but that’s not Chargeblast’s fault. Overall pretty satisfied with the service and customer support is very helpful and punctual.

Would recommend.
