I’ve banked with Zempler for 7 months
I’ve banked with Zempler for 7 months. Never had a problem. Few weeks ago they started sending messages to ring them to confirm payment. Now today they’ve blocked my account for no reason. Just a security reason. But can’t give me the reason. Spoke to someone who can barely speak English who can’t help, so why is she answering the phone. Said they was going to call by 5pm. Obviously they haven’t. And can’t tell me why they’ve restricted my account. Don’t expect anything from these scourges cos all banks do it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour
