sharing and accessing files is anything but intuitive. They should switch this off until they've fixed this

Don't Bother its Hangs saying not responding for way to much time during use!
Ideas are great, layout is great. Use for large files is useless. The best part is when it hangs and says "not responding"! Gives me time to make a cup of tea!

Never used the Adobe material because…there is no support.
Never used the Adobe material because it would not load on my MAC. They charged my $19.99 for DEC and JAN. Their phone support cannot find my order. I said yes, there is nothing here. Please give me my money back. Spent two hours calling and re-calling. They hung up on me. Customer Service cannot help. I guess Adobe is going out of business.

Pop Up master. I dont know why they like to make like a adpage: new product, premium product, search summarizer what never use...so on, but for pdf there are better staff now on the market. Thanks for good. Looking after before install this.

Dodgy cancellation tactics
Tried to cancel my membership and their cancellation page never loaded. Tried again a few days later and once again, it took forever to load. This was despite the rest of their website working perfectly fine.

Application vétuste, abonnement par inavertance, frais de résiliation excessive, c'est franchement limite, je pense migré sur une concurrence dans les semaines à venirs.
Purchased a plan with them
Purchased a plan with them. On getting started I realised it was much less than promised. Can celled on the day of purchase which had a 7 day free introductory period.
I received cancellation notice and confirmed that I would not be charged.
I was charged.
With a notice that the next payment would be taken a month later.
I re cancelled and contacted them. No apologies - just agreement to refund as if it was normal practice. I asked them to escalate my complaint. They wouldn't.
I asked them to provide with the details of the ombudsman that oversees them. They wouldn't.
I am so displeased with them, I will look to use and promote any software other than them going forward. Corporate arrogance gone mad!!!

I wondered what was going wrong with my PC, everytime anything was displayed, that needed a third party app to display it, was halfway across the screen with a left hand side panel full of junk. I eventually knocked the Adobe extension off my PC and everything was well again
No support
Customer support is virtually non-existent. Their responses don’t address the actual request, and cases are closed so quickly that you’re forced to start a brand-new ticket just to follow up. Very poor experience
Very poor sign experience. Wish I would have read this prior to signing up!! I was so confused with everything. Could not actually save any file as a PDF!! Incredibly frustrating. No support at all. The AI support made me more frustrated. A very, very bad experience. Avoid this !!!!!
Not very useful. Customer Service is very bad
The app was not functioning well and i struggled with simple features. I only used it once, and it seems i subscribed to their services where i was charged a considerable amount of money. I claimed this to the Customer Service and they kindly agreed with refunding the charges. This was in May, and is now August and I still have not have their full refund in my account despite having this confirmed by them. Ok'is tool, very poor customer service

haha useless company.. i did some edits on a pdf in microsoft edge, but when i print the doc, the edits would not appear. So I thought surely if i print to pdf and then open in Adobe, then print, i will get a print with my comments on the pdf.. but no , just as useless, just the virgin document. I then opened the edge doc in Adobe, printed to pdf in Adobe, then printed, same problem, no comments on the print, USELESS. And AI is supposed to take over soon..

ABYSMAL
Absolutely abysmal customer service and product. I've been trying for months to contact them and can't get past the "Chatbot"......The features I'm paying for in the android app aren't working and no one at Adobe seems remotely interested.
Finally received an email offering resolution the other day. The agent needed certain information regarding android software version and description of problem etc....when I replied the mail bounced back as "Email address not in use"......honestly...these people couldn't run a bath.
I've now had enough and have cancelled my subscription.....Adobe will fleece me no longer!
Useless Customer service
All the agents sitting in India, leaving the conversation without resolving the issue, even the sales manager named Pallavi, didn’t bother to address my issue and left the conversation. My query was very simple, I sent them a file and asked them check why e signature is not getting saved on this file, none of the agents resolved the issue, extremely disgusting customer service. Minute 10 stars for such a pathetic customer service.
