Easy to navigate

I was attempting to order the GLP-1 products and took their quiz. Apparently the quiz directed me to to a probiotic and I didn't catch the the change and ordered the incorrect items. I reached out and they denied the ability to exchange the products.

The ordering system was also difficult. I thought it was asking me if I wanted an additional discount, so accepted and it was a I adding more product that I didn't want.

I reached out to Bioma and was denied any help in fixing the issues.

Explaining what each offering means.

I wanted to try their product and what a racket! I order 3 bottles "on sale" but buried in article 6.6 of their terms of service (which by the way is probably 30 pages long) it says you have to buy multiple times to get the sale price. I would be stuck with 5 to 6 bottles of a product that may or may not help. SCAM!!!

If I could give a zero star I would. I was on the page looking at the information I clicked to see how much 3 months would be it some how I was charged I immediately messaged them and then went onto cancel the made up subscription they also charged me to cancel when I emailed again they said sorry your charged for the three month subscription and because you canceled before your charges a cancellation I said cancel the order asap I don’t want this and o didn’t order it I only clicked to see the amount it would be. Of course no one responded. After reading reviews it looks like this isn’t the first time this has happened. I guess I’ll have to go to my bank and dispute from them

the web site is clear and easy to explore. The information is delivered in an easy to understand language. There are way too many post sale offers though and that is discouraging.

I have used several of the products. Have had no complaints of them. However, I don’t like being automatically put on an auto order. I like to manage my own orders and work around by supply need. Thank you

I've been on the probiotics for a couple of months and am trying to boost my results.

I've been on bioma supplements for quite some time and they were working very well unfortunately, I ran out and I'm down to one bottle so I'm trying to get back on my subscription of getting the bottle of month. So far went from 323 to 264.

I didn’t give you 5 stars because you made me jump through many bargains before you confirmed my original order. So unnecessary and annoying.

I thought I was purchasing a one time 3 month supply to find out at the end of everything that your actually signing up for a subscription at far higher prices than they advertise to lure you in.

Ordering was great! Too many offers after paying.

If this product actually does what it says it will do, I will provide a dedicated review on the advantages of using the product. The site was easy to navigate, it's autoship and they state you can cancel anytime. Again, if they stand behind their advertising and have a product that works, i will be well pleased, we will see. They do have some negative reviews and i certainly hope that is not the case
