I was wondering where my shipment was and emailed customer service.
Hunter responded and we actually talked on the phone. He was great!!very knowledgeable, nice, fun to talk to. ( I live in Carlsbad and he did for years)
He found my order and sent a message to shipping to expedite… they did.
I truly appreciate his concern, help and follow-through!
I have worked in HR and recruited for years… he would definitely be a great hire, as you know! You are lucky to have him!! Thank you!
Ps… I LOVE SLEEP product! It’s amazing!

Accidental Purchase Corrected

I had accidentally ordered a duplicate item and couldn't find a way to cancel or correct it. I called for assistance and they understood my situation based on my account orders and could clearly see the error. They were able to assist me in correcting the issue and even processed the correct one for me as a courtesy. I am a super fan of Cymbiotika especially since they played a big role when I first started with their probiotics which I found to be the best in dealing with my ongoing auto-immune disorder. It really helped improved my symptoms so much that I started purchasing more of their products. They aren't cheap but good stuff doesn't come cheap. But at the same time, they have great discounts and options. Thank you for your help Kelli.

I love cymbiotika!

I have been a customer for over 2 years…

I have been a customer for over 2 years now and love their products. However, Im noticing how alot of products have been discontinued in a short time frame. Like the matcha powder, nootropic creamer, healthy glow, the laundry detergent, and more. Im thinking its only a matter of time before my beloved products are discontinued too. So im on the lookout for another great supplement company with more stability and security in their products.

Cym is anti free speech, they block FB reviews if negative

So I was going to order and then read that they have some billing issues and cancellation issues. I saw someone else had posted a question and when I posted, it didnt post. I tried again same. Rebooted my phone, found another Cym ad and attempted aga8n, didnt post. Each time a red thing shows up. Seems they dont want anyone posting anything with information. Just pumpers apparently.

Shady business practices!

Shady business practices!

They never sent me an as they usually do 5 days before my subscription was about to ship. I scoured every part of email including the spam and deleted folders to be sure. They processed my subscription - which was around $400 - I emailed them right away to get cancel the order as the status was "unfulfilled" for 3 days following. I explained that I was in the middle of an emergency family situation (my mother is in the hospital) and was not aware that my subscription would be processed as I never received an alert email and that I have important family things on my mind. They did not respond. I sent 6! follow-up emails, begging them to please respond and cancel this order as I needed the money due to my family emergency and they did not respond back. I don't care of how good the products are, this disregard for customer and client care is inexcusable. I will not be returning to them as a customer.
