I strongly recommend that you do not buy from this company.
The sizes are very incomparable to any western market.
The quality is poor.
The shipping is terrible. I unfortunately paid for express shipping and it failed by at least 7 more days.
You cannot afford to send anything back because of the taxes as well as shipping to China.
There refunds policy is non existent. I was offered €11 as a good will to keep my order. Otherwise it would have cost €50+ to return.

Buyer Beware


Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The dress I received arrived damaged and unwearable — the entire seam on the left back was undone, and there was a cut approximately two inches long at the bottom of the dress.

I contacted customer service immediately and provided photos. Instead of issuing a refund, I was repeatedly offered store credit or a replacement. When a refund was discussed, I was told I would need to pay international return shipping to China, cover customs duties, accept a 10% restocking fee, and forfeit original shipping costs — even though the item arrived defective.

At one point, the damage was inaccurately described as “minor loose threads,” which did not reflect the actual condition of the dress. After extensive back-and-forth, a full refund was still refused unless I agreed to these terms.

This experience caused me to lose trust in the brand. I strongly advise potential customers to be aware that if an item arrives damaged, resolving the issue may involve significant cost and effort on the customer’s part.

RESPONSE TO MERCHANT 1/12/26:

Thank you for the reply. To clarify for other customers reading this: I was NOT offered a refund without conditions.

I was repeatedly asked to accept a replacement or store credit. When a refund was discussed, it required me to pay international return shipping to China, assume customs duties, accept a restocking fee, and forfeit original shipping — all for an item that arrived damaged and unwearable (undone seam and cut fabric). I declined these terms.

While the company states refunds are available “after verification,” the actual process required significant cost and risk on the customer’s part, which is why I chose to pursue resolution through my payment provider instead.

I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

Disappointing experience will never shop again

When I checked the return policy their restocking fee is 10% of the product price that's a scam. and customer has to pay the shipping charge, I live in San Francisco and its costing me minimum of $38 to ship to China and After restocking fee and shipping fee I didn't feel its worth proceeding. I wouldn't shop with this site again.

ROBE MÉDIOCRE

J’ai commandée une robe sur le site, à son arrivée il manquait des strass sur le décolleté (qui se voyait) la robe était beaucoup trop grande et correspondait plus à un L qu’un M. La qualité est médiocre (tissus qui ressemble à un vêtement acheté sur Shein ou Temu pour 69€.

Pour les retour, il faut envoyer un mail pour avoir les instructions. Les agents font durer les échanges jusqu’au délais de retour passé (14 jours mentionnés sur le site).

Et comme par hasard, le motif de renvoi ne fait pas partie de leur politique et donc pas de remboursement. Ils vous proposent un échange ou un avoir. Sauf que vu la qualité du vêtement je ne souhaite clairement pas racheter sur le site.

very unhappy with their refund policy. I asked to return a dress that did not fit me. I paid $106 and they offered only $30 credit. Will never use them again. Additionally their garment was very bad quality

Unfortunately..!!

Unfortunately, the size reference I used to buy a dress from their website was incorrect. After contacting customer service, I was able to return the items and get a full refund. When the return delayed a month or so to arrive, I had to follow up, but the customer service representative I dealt with was quite helpful.

Extremely disappointing Return Policy experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I carefully checked the size chart before ordering, yet the dresses did not fit at all. When I requested a return, I was told refunds are only allowed if an item arrives damaged, even though the dresses were never worn and were in perfect condition.

What’s especially frustrating is that I could have falsely claimed the item was damaged to qualify for a refund — but I chose to be honest, and that honesty was not rewarded.

A brand that refuses returns for unworn items due to fit, and places customers in this position, is not customer-friendly. This experience went far beyond my expectations in a negative way, and I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering — if the sizing doesn’t work, you may be stuck with items you can’t use.

Absolutely Furious – Worst Quality Ever & Zero Help
I am beyond furious with this company. The clothes they sent me were an absolute joke. The zip didn’t work, the material was so cheap it ripped with the slightest pull, and the stitches literally came apart. For what I paid — nearly £170 — this is outrageous.
When I contacted them to return the items, they flat-out refused to help. No refund, no exchange, nothing. They clearly do not care about their customers. Instead, they insulted me by offering a discount on my next purchase. Why on earth would I ever spend another pound with a company that scams people like this?
And don’t even get me started on the sizing — completely wrong. Nothing looks like the heavily filtered photos they post on social media. It’s all fake advertising and terrible quality.
Save yourself the frustration and money. This company is a complete disgrace, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Bought a jumpsuit from this company and when it arrived it was absolutely NOTHING like the image on the internet. It has a repulsive foul chemical smell and the sizing was utterly shocking. The material itself was so poor. When I tried to request a return and refund I was met with a complete scam who completely disallowed me to pursue a return because the item was "in perfect condition" (far from). Their return address is in China and they say they are an Australian brand. And no doubt returning will cost as much.

Do not shop here. Horrific.

Buyer beware - sizes very small, misrepresent refund policy

Buyer beware - Dantyyase several reviews and my experience the sizing is misrepresented compared to usual brands I purchase from. Dantyyase misrepresent they offer a 30-days returns. The require you to email within 14 days, and then I was required to sent multiple photos of the products and prove the sizing. Then you are not offered a refund, even if they their maximum sizing is too small for you. Furthermore you are required to return post the items to China at your own expense, even though you have received the items from a NSW address. Search reviews for any online especially those advertising on Facebook. Dont go near Dantyyase.

Do not purchase through this company

Do not purchase through this company. They say there’s a 30 day return policy, but if you want to return because they don’t fit it aren’t as expected, they refuse to accept the return due to their policy being that they don’t accept returns unless the items are defective.
It’s an absolute scam! They say they are an Australian company, but their return policies appear to be poorly translated.
What’s the use of a 30 day return policy on an online clothing shop, if you can’t return it after trying it on!!
Dreadful - do not buy from this shop.

The absolute worst!!!

Just to confirm I am a real person and this company are the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. No intention of helping the customer just take your money and do not care.
Just adding this as I’ve been asked for more details. 10/1/26

The absolute worst!!!
Take ages to arrive.
Quality is cheap and nasty.
Sizes completely wrong and won’t refund me my money.
Have the nerve to offer 15% off to compensate.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not shop with this website

Do not shop with this website! I wanted to return my dress as it was too small and also the material was so poor. It was in its original condition and within 30 days. They did not accept. Completely disappointed.
