The Edward’s country ham was delivered to my home in Arizona in only a few days. It was well package in a solid insulated box.

Poor quality.....not a Smithfield type as advertised.....not salty....more like a over moist sweet ham....I will not order that type of product soon....

If you are wanting a stronger, longer cured, saltier flavored ham like Smithfield used to make the Wigwam would serve you better.

Another smooth and pleasant purchase again. Thursday found I ran out of ham. Placed the order and the new one was on my dinner table Sunday night. It could have been on Saturday’s if I wasn’t lazy to cook that day.

I ordered the Country ham instead of the usual petit ham because I wanted LOTS of ham for soup, omelettes, sandwiches, etc. The flavor is excellent, just what I wanted for ultimate split pea soup and the like. Thank you, Edwards!!!

Every sausage I’ve gotten as of the last 5 years has been awful and I really miss a tasty sausage (as our food supply sinks to below dog food quality.) My brother told me about Edwards Sausage so I got the 99$ sausage of five pounds special. I fried one for each member of the house for breakfast. Everyone really enjoyed them and there was an actual pork taste like real pork sausage once was. The house smelled amazing. The casings were also pork and easy to digest. (I actually got these for the husband. He really enjoyed himself and smiled and raved about the sausage he had.) NO ONE HAD TO RUN TO THE TOILET!!!!! I’d say get ready to shell out duckies for real meat y’all and there’s no way around it if you’d like to live…. If you get this sausage, you’ll be impressed. I ended up cutting each one individually and ended up with about 44 sausage which I put in 11 individual 4 packs…. It’s a great product and worth every penny not to feed my family FRANKENFOOD… I’m mad and I’m over corporate EVERYTHING…I WILL BE BACK YALL!!!
