Experience was great. I've used Homestars before for appliance repair twice and ductwork cleaning. I looked for quotes on fence replacement but that didn't go well.

I can not just shop for trades without committing to a job or project. I would like to be able to simply see what kinds of businesses are highly rated for a given project before they need to be contacted. This company sends out way too many emails, especially emails to ask or constantly remind me to review companies even for jobs long completed. I only need 1-2 email reminders. If I did not review after the first reminder then I do not want to.

Made it easy to find a contractor. After spending a week making my own calls I sent out the job I needed done and within hours I had responses. My job was done the next day.

I called Kris at My Bath Solutions because of high recommendations from my sister-in-law and also my nephew who both had tub to shower conversions done
by Kris in their homes. My wife and I needed a tub to a walk in shower conversion done in our 66 year old home to accommodate my wife after her recent hip surgery. I'm sure glad I called Kris at My Bath Solutions. Kris did an EXCELLENT job. I found Kris to be highly experienced and highly knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. I can't say enough about how happy Linda and I are with the results.

Gave me a good selection of trades to choose from

The process was pretty easy to follow but once I submitted my job, I was inundated with emails and phone calls almost immediately. This isn’t a bad thing but it was a bit intimidating. Perhaps a bit more clarity about who will see my job when I submit would help. Fortunately, I found a contractor who did the job to my satisfaction so overall I was very happy.

It's nearly impossible to delete your account. They send you a ton of email notifications and asking them to unsubscribe doesn't work.

I had never used Homestars for anything before. I needed a six drawer dresser assembled in a hurry and did not have the time myself. I put a call out on Homestars and within an hour I had a dozen interested parties, picked one and next day in less than 24 hours from my call out, I had a dresser set up to perfection and ready to go. I selected the assembler myself from all interested parties and was super happy with his punctuality and quality work. I paid him almost double what he asked for the job. Highly recommend the service.

Hi, I have dowloaded an app and explored what are the options. I never accepted any job offer but I have been receiving invoice $89 to pay. I have sent multiple email about the situation and response received was never answer my question. There is no direct number call to the customer service. I regret exploring the app. I don't think they are honest with the service. I never recommend anybody to use this app and recommend to read his terms and conditions before sign up. It's worst customer service response. They keep sending invoice again and again even though I didn't accept any job offer.

My husband and I visited the Nuvista show home in Harmony and what a beautiful community! We dealt with a young lady named Tomina and she was excellent. Her salesmanship and knowledge of the home was exceptional. She toured us through and answered all of our question with confidence. We will definitely be back again and would recommend Nuvista.

Our drain got blocked on January 23 2026. It was my first experience with Water Works and I didn’t regret it. We got the service the same day, 4 hours after my phone call. We were notified when the technician was on his way, his name, a photo and even personal rate was given. It made me feel very comfortable. Our technician was Ethan Roitman and I would recommend him to everybody. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. After the diagnostic our options were explained and prices provided. Job was done quickly and professionally, no mess left over. I would use the service of the Water Works and Ethan Roitman again if I need one. Luba.

I got roof replaced from EASTFLY ROOFING INC..The guy name is SHAWN, be careful...unprofessional, bad service.I never had this kind of bad service in my life.Be aware ...he will be nice to u to get business,later he will not show up. ...Find other guys for roofing work.
