Outstanding work on an outside of the box task. Rarely experienced such customer focused support (Nik is a star!) - 5/5!

I had some issues when setting up the HyperRender tool (plugin version mismatch and render crash). The support was top tier; they helped fix the plugin issue super fast, doubled the points for my trial time, and helped uncover issues with my renders.

I wanted to try HyperRender because it's the only one that uses the "Render(Remote)" feature of the Movie Render Queue.

I needed some Unreal Rendering for a large project (80GB) that needed lots of VRAM (24GB+) to run. The software was easy to install, and launched right out of the Unreal Movie Render Queue. After the file was loaded, completed renders dropped right into the Unreal Output directly. Pretty seamless to use, and their team helped me out with some issues when they came up. Not as cumbersome to use as other render farm services, as the software is pretty light and pretty much runs out of Unreal itself. I'll keep coming back to render Unreal Engine content in the future. Great service!

As anyone with a decent PC knows, having good consumer grade hardware to build scenes and worlds in Unreal doesn't mean you have the best machine to render on. Render farms aren't an option working as a freelancer and a manual cloud render setup is beyond me - least of all because the cost of transferring the data stops this from being viable.

So, when I heard the team at hyperRender have somehow managed to integrate a cloud rendering solution directly into UE5, I had to try it out! Guided by the expert team, we set it up and ran multiple tests -moving many GBs of UE project data to the cloud and rendering it fully AND having the final render images arrive back IN THE PROJECT I AM WORKING ON!

It feels like you have a magic switch where you can turn on a render farm, paying only for the actual rendering and not the data transfer, and really turn around work much faster for client approval.

I realised there is no need anymore to pad out client estimates with the time I would have to block my main machine for renders. Nor do i now need to invest in a full time rendering machine to do "over-nights".

It's crazy fast, easy to see what you're paying. Feels like cheating. If you work in UE and need to render for archviz, cinematics, or any linear content - HR will save you time and money in the long run. Love it.

The very best rendering system out there when it comes to Unreal Engine. I have been using Hyperrender regularly since the last 6 months and it holds no comparison in my opinion. I have tried several rendering sevices in the past but none comes close in its speed and relaibility. Plus it's cheaper than everything else. Highly recommended, and will continue using them for a long time. The folks are super helpful and responds to any issues immediately. Grateful that such a service exists.
