Completely useless scam, does not work in multiple way: login sometimes (over days!) not possible, no real time GPS tracking (works only "sometimes"), or complete failure of data updating. By the way, there is no "real time" logging - this app only makes screenshots of WhatsApp etc and then send this to server. So, also the description of the service which you pay for is completely wrong. Forget it, Msafely is not what you need, avoid spending money, it is useless.

I'm beyond disappointed, a lot of dramas in this whole thing and I'm really pissed that I could spend a lot without outcome, Glad 247 easytracking came behind to help me figure it all out

Questa è chiaramente una truffa. Msafely e la gemella Spyx sono truffe! L'abbonamento è limitato, obbligano a fare un upsell, propongono scontistica che poi rende impossibile il rimborso, e anche con la versione "extreme" (che si scopre esistere solo dopo aver fatto il primo acquisto!) la sincronizzazione delle app di messaggistica non funziona.

Complete scam. Their service is not working . Also I purchased a plan for one month only. They keep charging me each month. It is impossible to cancel this service. I will have to dispute these scam charges with my credit card

Scam company!! Avoid at all costs!!I was told that when I purchased a 3 month subscription that I would have the comprehensive service with access to all their features but when I purchased it showed as basic package and they refused to honour what they had clearly stated (in writing with their “real time” chat bot service and refused to provide a refund. If I wanted all the features then I would have to pay an additional $85 USD on top of the initial $85 USD. A real con!

Thankfully I paid with American Express and I’ve raised a dispute which is the only way to get my money back!

I strongly advise others to stay away from Msafely. I purchased their software but found it completely unusable and requested a refund right away. They promised to deduct only a 4% processing fee. However, they actually deducted over 17%, far more than agreed.
Even after repeated emails and providing proof from my credit card company, they insisted they only deducted $4.99 – a claim that is simply false. They also failed to send the correct refund notice to my credit card company.
Their customer service ignores messages, delays responses, and refuses to take responsibility. This is unacceptable and unethical business behavior.
I have already reported this company to econsumer.gov, Japan’s Cross-border Consumer Center, and the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC).
Please think carefully before doing business with Msafely. I sincerely hope others won’t be cheated the way I was.

Be carefull with this company, the app does not do what it says if you are looking for real time sync then forget it. Also i have request a refund inside the 7 days they say to give after purchase a anual subscription. If i had see this reviews early, sure i wouldn´t pay for this. Now company says they refun half of the money because this is not an app for large data?!....

There is no real time monitoring or updating. From day 1 what information was uploaded was that was on there. Most apps said to check back in an hour for information to upload and days later nothing ever did. Very poor customer service, I have called multiple times, sent emails and tried the refund form from multiple web browsers and it never would submit. No one has answered calls or emails. I have also left voicemails.

I payed for on month only. It's horrible, never pay for that guy's, stay away. Please someone here now, if they will charge me automatic or I need to put my card number again?

Title: Fraudulent, Non-Functional, No Support – Avoid!

Do not trust MSafely. I paid for a 3-month plan – it never worked, I couldn’t even log in. No verification email, no technical support, and no product. Just a slick-looking payment page.

After the plan expired, they fraudulently charged my card again without my consent. No notice, no option to cancel, no toggle to turn off renewal. Total scam.

I emailed them multiple times – no response at all. I'm now dealing with a chargeback, police report, and fraud complaint. I'm not alone – dozens of users report the same experience: broken app, fake support, shady refund policy, and even extra mystery charges.

This isn’t bad service. It’s organized fraud. Avoid them at all costs.

This website is a scam. Please read their refund policy fully before signing up. You don’t have a policy like this unless you are a scam. Do yourself a favor and don’t pay them a dime.

I picked Android my device, got the 1 month subscription, good thing I didn't purchase the 3-month or the year subscription but when I got it it kept asking me to put information in to add a device for an apple device obviously this wasn't going to work I have two Android phones I have sent numerous emails asking if I could fix this if I could get a refund and even repurchase with the right operating system no one has responded and I still can't use it and I still have no refund and no reply back. So maybe my review would be better if I could have actually used it but I spent the money and wasn't even able to use the product.

I am utterly appalled by the abysmal quality of service provided by mSafely. Their customer support is excruciatingly slow and completely unresponsive, leaving me feeling abandoned. The app is a constant nightmare, riddled with persistent bugs that disrupt every use. Navigating through the chaotic, unintuitive interface is infuriating, and dissociating a tracked device is maddeningly complex. The company shamelessly pockets your money without any attempt to help, while its chat feature is utterly useless. Their complete and blatant lack of communication regarding technical issues is both infuriating and inexcusable. In short, mSafely's hyped-up promises are nothing but an empty farce, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this disastrous service at all costs.

Had to give 1 star because there is no choice for zero stars. The five star reviews are not real people. I paid for this to monitor my teen's phone. It does not work, period. When I tried to get help, I received broken English, non-sensical replies that look like a retard from China tried to write. I can't even log-on to cancel this stupid service. It's the worst, period.

They copy Mspy.
They take your information then Apple or Google information. You will get calls from Telemarketers. You will not get your money back.
Apple users Iphone 15 dont try it. You will have to go to Apple store to get the phone unlocked after a fews of trying it.
This site is not a good site.

Don't trust this website, I already spend more than 100$ but they never respond me and just talk rubbish on email. Sometime they said we closed auto renewel and sometime they said we can help you to re subscribe.

Paid and downloaded app Saturday morning. Spent all weekend trying to get it to work. The app literally never worked. We even took it upon ourselves to factory reset the phone in attempt to get it to work. Both my husband and I have called (goes to voicemail), emailed, and attempted to use chat (which told us to email) numerous times.

A response only came after I requested a refund on Sunday (less than 48 hours after purchase).

They responded: "I have turned off the account renewal function for you, and there will be no further deductions. At the same time, account expired data will be automatically deleted, please note.

Obtaining a large amount of data from a tied device does not meet our refund conditions, but considering that you purchased an annual fee and suffered a large loss, we can only refund half of it for you at most, but this will delete your account and data. Are you sure you want a refund?"

No data was ever downloaded or obtained because the app never worked! Now my credit card and the Google account is compromised.

The website looks great but there is no software. You're just granting them access to your Google account and during the set up process, you're instructed to deactivate Google PlayStore safety features (this wasn't disclosed on their website before purchase).

I have screen shots of everything and I will be filing a credit card dispute.

I wish that I had done more research first. The website looked nice and I read articles online before purchasing, all of which were apparently bogus. They have even gone as far as to post youtube videos and fake Reddit reviews just to trap victims.

Here are the warning signs that I didn't find out until too late: They don't have a trial period. The prices are substantially discounted and inflated once the trial period is over (auto-renewal). They accept crypto currency. The refund guidelines listed on the website claim 14 days but they don't honor their refund policy and the terms/conditions state that they can sue you. TrustPilot has the main office listed in the Cayman Islands. Scam-Detector (50.7/100) indictates their location is in China. Their website indicates that they are based in London, England. The domain owner is hidden in WhoIs (according to Scamdoc), which gave them an untrust worthy score (only 5% trust score). The site is less than 2 years old and is set to expire in 2025.

10/10/24 Update: They emailed stating "Dear:
Considering that you have indeed not used our products, we have applied for a 2/3 refund for you. Need to apply for a refund?"
So, they have confirmed that the product was not used (I suspect, there is no actual product), yet they are only willing to provide a 2/3 refund. Why should I pay for a service that they didn't provide? Obviously, I've declined their offer and they haven't responded since. I'm currently in the process of disputing my credit card and researching this "company" so I can alert the FBI (IC3) and go public with the information that I've gathered.
