I bought Calvin Klein Eternity, which I ordered four days ago and received yesterday (11-02-2026).
Before purchasing, I checked Trustpilot and saw many negative reviews. At first, I hesitated. I was doubtful about whether they would deliver it or if it might be a scam. Still, I decided to go ahead and place the order anyway.
From my experience, it was excellent. The packaging was great, there were no issues with the product, delivery was smooth, and email communication was clear and prompt.
100 out of 100 — completely satisfied.

Fast delivery and easy to order, definitely will be using this company again.

Bought body spray "david beckham instinct" and this product is fake. and I would like to get my refund as soon as possible.

Notino gives you quite a few choices/prices. Navigating the checkout procedure is easy, very straightforward and it gives you the opportunity to checkout without necessarily having to have an account. Delivery choices are good and the rates are reasonable. I will definately look at Notino again for future purchases.
Looking at some of the negative reviews it sounds like Notino need to up their game on the Customer Service side. Things can go wrong with any company, and its not worth them losing customers over issues that can be dealt with positively. Eventually they will lose out which is a shame.

I have been a long-standing customer of Notino UK and have placed multiple orders over the years. Unfortunately, this latest experience has completely damaged my trust in the company.

One of the bottles in my recent order arrived upside down and leaking inside the packaging. The damage was clear upon opening. I immediately contacted customer service and provided a full unboxing video along with detailed photos clearly showing the leaking bottle.Instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to provide additional information such as the exact weight of the bottle — despite already supplying clear visual proof of the damage. Customers are charged extra for shipping insurance with each order, so it raises the question: what is that insurance actually for if legitimate claims are met with unnecessary hurdles?It has now been several days with no further response. The silence is unacceptable. The entire process feels obstructive and dismissive, as though the customer is being treated with suspicion rather than supported.

To make matters worse, Notino does not respond to negative reviews, so raising concerns publicly feels like banging your head against a wall. There appears to be little accountability when something goes wrong.After years of loyalty, this is incredibly disappointing. I will not be ordering again, and I would urge others to think carefully about how issues are handled before purchasing.

I got my package and noticed that two items were missing (it was a big order!). Contacted Notino and simply was told that they couldn’t provide any reimbursement because according to them, the packaging process was done correctly. I don’t think so, I paid for two items and haven’t received them! Very disappointing. Won’t be recommending or buying from this website again. Avoid!

Davidoff ordered, delivered on time at a more than competitive price. Excellent service. Notino has been my first choice for perfume for a long time, and they will continue to be.

I have spent thousands with this company over the past few years and the sevice has been good.

I received a order on Friday with a refill for my wifes perfum for a present which was £150 and the end of the bottle inside is broken making it unusable.

I called this morning and the lady on the phone wouldn’t wait for me to email images.

I sent the email and called back at 2pm and they said they didn’t have the images.

They then found the to tell me I had to pay to send the faulty perfume back and wait upto 30 days for a decision.

I have paid extra for priority on case something goes wrong and its not worth it.

I will not be buying from here again

Good experience from simple ordering to prompt delivery. Would buy again fro this company. Good value for money compared with other suppliers of same item.

I was dubious at first about buying from a website/company that I hadn’t had dealings with before but I tested the water and was really glad that I did. Delivery via an inpost locker was super convenient and the aftershave was as my son expected but with the added of bonus of a gift which was a small bottle of another Gucci aftershave. The cost of the aftershave was considerably less than other online retailers and the high street shops.

Was looking for grey flannel and found it on Notino website at a good price. No problem and delivery very good

Rubbish customer service! Product arrived broken and they tried really hard not to give me my money back even though they weren't able to provide a replacement either. It took over a month to sort. I had to get my credit card company involved! Really not worth the hassle.
I won't be using again which is a shame as i have used them many times in the past without issue and i like their products!
