No tracking late BUT worth it

I have been waiting for two months for the delivery of my order. I have no tracking number. Customer service is by email and text. Whilst I was worried that I may have been scammed, my desk has arrived and meets my expectations. It is beautiful. The delivery team were great and carried it all the way up to my apartment. Thank you.

We bought a corner desk from Oz study…

We bought a corner desk from Oz study desks and it arrived in a week whoch is today even it was a busy time of the year.
We installed it promptly. We found the installation is a bit tricky as i had to download the instructions from the website however, it worth doing and the out come was so good. The desk is sturdy and all the bits and the pieces was in the boxes.
We love our new desk. This was for my son he loved it.

Complete SCAM

I have been scammed by this site: I paid for goods that were never delivered and have not received a refund. They are proactively flooding Google, Facebook, and Instagram with paid ads to trap victims for Xmas and Blackfriday sales

Details of Scam & Policy Violations: The advertiser, "Oz Study Desks" (ACE FURNITURE PTY LTD, ABN 36 649 280 197), is a confirmed "Phoenix" operation. They previously ran the scams "Ozdesks" and "Kangadesks," shutting down after taking payments without supplying goods.

Ads claim items are "In Stock" in Australia for fast shipping and sales. Reality is non-delivery once payments made. and no way to contact them via their email of contact number

Ghosting: Support ([email protected].. Contact - 02 8527 0590) cuts contact post-payment.

They are currently exploiting Christmas sales to maximize theft. Please be aware

Please avoid this seller..

Please avoid this seller... Ordered 2 items. A corner book shelf and a study desk... Holes were incorrectly drilled for the book shelf, I called them and sent pictures as well...they said "aftersales" team will get back but they never did.
The study desk had a missing part. Called them, sent pictures but its been 5 weeks and they are yet to take action..

Poor quality, bad service, deceptive name.

The quality of the desk was poor. There are a lot of scrapes which indicate that people are rushing and not handling things with care.

A lot of the holes were not cleanly cut. When assembled, in particular the chair the pieces felt flimsy.

The instructions are completely wrong and unclear. The parts and the number are incorrect. Parts are missing, and extra parts that are not used are added.

I am in the process of seeing if there is something I am missing, so I am not 100% sure yet, but it seems that the holes that connect the seat of the chair to the base of the chair are missing.

The company brands itself as "Oz" and has an Australian phone number and email address, but they are clearly not an Australian company.

Ultimately I don't care where a country is based, so long as their customer service is good, their shipping is good, and the quality of the desks/etc are good, but it's clear to me that they are deceptively trying to appear as an "Australian company" because Australians know that this generally indicates high quality and professionalism. I would never have bought this desk knowing that it was not Australian made. That may sound harsh, but this is after years and years of bad experiences with cheaply made "stuff" made in Asia.

Scam

I received the desk but not the screws so I can't assemble it at all.
They are specific screws that can't be found in any store.
Costumer service is absolutely useless.

1) Missing hardware
The screw set should always be included in the carton. In your case it was not—this points to a packing lapse on our side. We’re auditing our fulfillment line, tightening the packing checklist, and adding additional spot-checks so every order leaves with a complete hardware kit.

2) Shipping delays
We’ve seen slower performance from one of our carriers recently. We’re actively evaluating alternatives and expanding our own delivery coverage so timeframes are more consistent and reliable.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve our packaging controls and logistics, and I’ll personally follow this through until you’re fully sorted.

Fantastic customer service - friendly staff

Fantastic service - great communications. I have bought two desks with this company over two years and both times the communication has been great and delivery easy. We were missing one screw part for the recent desk, but after an email with a photo it was shipped next day with an apology and they sent tracking. Great customer service!

Pleased with product & service

I bought 2 desks from here & cannot fault their customer service. Their communication with me was exceptional, I was kept informed at all times, and my emails were answered promptly. They substituted a desk that was discontinued & promptly refunded the difference.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service - I requested to cancel my order a day after purchase due to finding something else more suitable, at that time, the order had not been dispatched yet, and a customer service rep replied saying they would process the request. The following day I still hadn't heard back so I followed up and was told it had been dispatched however I still hadn't received dispatch notification and when I checked the order status, it said it was still waiting to be dispatched. They continued to say it was too late and it had been dispatched and that if I wanted to return it I would have to pay for return postage, even though they should have actioned the request when they first responded to it - their counter argument to this point was "This is an automated reply from our AI system." - Overall really disappointing experience. It's now been a week since all this happened and I still haven't received the item or any postage updates. Not even convinced I'll be receiving it at this point.

2. When you reached out to us, we should have provided the correct tracking link immediately, which would have avoided further misunderstanding.

I recently bought a study desk and two…

I recently bought a study desk and two chairs from them. They delivered the study desk first and then the two chairs has not arrived . It has been more than a month now and they are telling me that they will deliver it together. I bought it together more or less. It's so bad. Now I am going for a complimentary one but they are not giving me the complementary. When I buy, they will deliver everything together and I buy it together with money, but now they are making different excuses. It's so bad. I will tell everyone to look carefully before buying, talk to them carefully and stay away from them.
