Great product and great customer service!

Items shipped quickly using the included free shipping but the product moved slowly through the delivery system. Not shecurve’s fault shipper is slow. All but one item was the correct size. One item was wrong size from what was ordered. I submitted a claim via email and received a reply within 24 hours. They are sending me the correct size. The bras I did receive are as described on the site. Very comfortable to wear all day with support and lift where necessary without the usual wire. I will be ordering more in the future.

Bras aren’t super supportive and not true to size according to sizing chart. The pictures are misleading. Customer service has been good to work with but has taken a long time just to get the correct size (1 week of back and forth emailing). Most likely wouldn’t purchase again regardless of having the correct size.

Took 4 weeks to receive product, which is unacceptable. I could understand if received communication saying orders were backlogged or something, but there was no correspondence and therefore no justification for this ridiculous amount of time to receive the products.

Product sizes did not match measurements listed in the sizing chart. Material is soft, however not supportive as it looks to be on the advertisements. Material felt stretched out and flimsy.

Return/Refund policy is ridiculous. I regret buying product. If you're reading this and in question of buying any of their gel bras, do not. Heed this advice.

I received my bras, but they were to big. But they were so soft! SheCurve offered to let me keep them and send me one in the correct size for FREE + a coupon code! Great purchase :)

Ordered two bras to try out. The fit was a bit off for me, but the exchange process was surprisingly smooth. It was very easy to contact support and they sorted out my new size right away. It’s great to find a company with such a reliable return policy. The new ones fit perfectly!

This is a scam company. And I fell for it. I can't even cancel my order, which hasn't shipped in over a month. I doubt they even produce a product half the time. There is no way to get a response out of a person.

I ordered two bras and once I receive them, I noticed that the cups were a little smaller. I contacted customer service and they reached out to me immediately and instead of sending them back, they sent a replacement item of a larger size and it fits perfect. The fabric is very comfortable, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a comfortable bra.

Pretty quick responses from customer service when they sent the wrong size (XL instead of L), they originally offered me a credit for the amount but I asked that they send me the bra I asked for and they did. The entire encounter took about 5 days to get resolved. Overall happy with the outcome and quality of their products

One of the worst online experiences that I can remember. I ordered two bras not expecting them to come from China. This from a brand that asks for a tip at checkout which they call a “gratitude tip”. One came damaged and that’s when the problem started. The refund is just not coming. I’ve been at it for two weeks with emails every other day. Every email is met with another email from them dragging it out. I’m going to have to call my bank and pull the entire charge for both bras. Terrible terrible service. Buyer beware. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

1) I placed the order on 1/8/2026 and received it on 2/12/26.

2) The website states the dress is "Made of soft and breathable cotton material." It is 100% polyester. Polyester is a 100% synthetic material, not cotton. I would not have ordered the dresses had the description been honest.

I placed an order and received my items a few weeks later. I did receive one bra in the wrong size, however the customer service was very responsive and took care of the issue right away. The bra is very comfortable and I would suggest it!

Not what I ordered not satisfied

The 2 bras I ordered were too big in the band size and too small in the cup. After reading the exchange policy, I emailed customer service asking to exchange both bras for a different size. I was initially told that the size I needed was not in stock and I was asked if I would like to wait. I replied to that email and received another saying that now I could only receive one bra in exchange! I replied stating that the company was going against its own return/exchange policy. I then received another email from a different representative stating that they would exchange both bras. I asked how to return the 2 that I had in exchange for the others and I was told to keep them as a "sign of good gesture." So, it ended up working out for me (provided I actually get the other 2 bras they say they're sending), but the replies amongst representatives was very inconsistent. They made it right, but they were very quick to go against their company policies when it came to exchanges.

Ordered three bras, one didn’t fit but customer service was very helpful and quickly resolved the problem by allowing me to order a different style at no charge.

What a waste of money:(

-I waited a month from order date to delivery date
- The fit of the lounge suit I ordered was terrible and fabric felt like fuzzy plastic - not soft and lush
- I followed the posted bra size chart and what I got was far too large. I tried it on the very tightest clip and it was still loose. The cut of the bra did not have a deep V as promoted by the information/ ads
-Underwear is stiff and cheap feeling. I ordered a multi color pack and there were only 3 colors out of the featured 9.

I would return but given the product came from China, it's probably more expensive to ship back than keep.

I recently purchased the Front Closure Cross-Back Wireless Posture Bra hoping that it would help with some correction in the front AND back. It didn't provide me with the results I desired, so I opted to return it. The customer service I received with this process was absolutely amazing! Timely responses, sincere apology for my dissatisfaction (even though it's truly not their fault), and an overall amazing experience that didn't make me feel inconvenient! I will be shopping again for another bra (because the one I received was, in fact, comfortable) and I'll just go to a chiropractor for my back! :D

Bras seem to fit nicely. I did receive the wrong size on one of my bras, but the support team stepped up and sent me the correct one.

Quick responses. Clothing didn’t fit so they are sending one replacement for three items ordered… No cost no need to return the previous items.

Just waiting on that, and hopefully it will fit.

So far clothing seems to be good quality.

I was pretty bummed my bra didn’t fit (too large). I ordered my exact size I wear in other brands but it was too big. I contacted customer service and they replaced the item for free and said i don’t have to return the other one. Great customer service. The only issue I have would be how long the item took to arrive and the updates were not accurate on my tracking number.
