Het aangeboden haar niet binnen de beloofde tijd kunnen bezorgen
Inches van het haar willen veranderen voordat ze de pruik op maat kunnen maken( ik heb eerder bij hun besteld dit was ook het geval)
Klanten service die in een lijn met elkaar zijn. De ene zegt zoekt de pruik uit die je wilt ter vervanging.. die ik dat zeggen ze dat die mogelijkheid er niet of voor de gekozen promotie. Andere werknemers die dit weer tegen spreken.
Na bijna een maand heen en weer heb ik maar mijn geld terug gebracht.
Enige wat goed was is dat ik mij geld terug kreeg.

And the hair we post online is available all the time, we checked the two wigs you ordered, they were all available. But they were all available in our US’s warehouse which can’t be sent to other country beside US because of regional restrictions. We are so sorry for that inconvenience, so we contacted you to offer you the other hair which can be sent to your country. In the middle of recommendation, the stock running out so fast which is not our expected, we are here to apologize sincerely!
And one more important thing we want you to know that we indeed cherish you as our customer, pls trust that we didn't mean to upset you in such way! If possible, could you pls offer us another chance? We won’t let you down this time. And our specialized service customer will talk with you directly.
