Great company customer service. Lovely bike.

Excellent service. Great communication. Broken rear light and some alignment problem with rear brakes. They have been absolutely wonderful sending replacement parts. Bikes are amazing. I'd 100% recommend to anyone.

I own the HovCart and HovGtrs and they are both fantastic bikes. If they made another with an even longer rear rack I'd consider upgrading. I had an issue with one of them and they took care of it promptly.

THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND EVEN AFTER I SHARED MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SCOOTER. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY DISHONEST, AND THEY TRY TO FORCE PEOPLE TO KEEP THEIR PRODUCT. I HAD TO FIGHT FOR OVER 2 MONTHS JUST TO GET MY REFUND. THIS IS A HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. AND I WARN OTHERS FROM BUYING FROM THEM. I HAVE reviewed your return/exchange policy to see whether my order is still within the eligible period. MY ORDER IS ELEGIBLE FOR A RETURN AND A FULL REFUND! Furthermore, the battery was fully charged, I only weigh 175 lbs, and it would NOT MOVE in low, and it WOULD NOT go up slight hills, it WOULD NOT CLIMB some slight inclines, and the range is only 14 miles maximum. It would not do as advertised.
Therefore, please START THE RETURN PROCESS AND SEND ME A RETURN LABEL BECAUSE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS BELOW AS STATED BEFORE. SO PLEASE PROCESS A REFUND IMMEDIATELY SO I CAN PURSUE THE PURCHASE OF A "DIFFERENT SCOOTER" THAT CAN SERVE MY NEEDS. YOUR SCOOTER IS USELESS TO ME.

FALSE ADVERTSING - PLEASE START THE RETURN PROCESS IMMEDIATELY

I recieved this scooter on 11-13-2025. I STARTED requesting a REFUND AND A return on 11-14-2025.
This scooter's advertising is FALSE, INACCURATE, and the scooter does not do what the description says it does.
1. After a full charge, the scooter WOULD NOT MOVE with me on it in Low gear. It will not move in L (low) with me sitting on it. VIDEOS ATTACHED.
2. After a full charge, this scooter WOULD NOT climb very simple slight hills. I would have to walk the scooter up slight hills. Then it would operate going down hill. This scooter does not do what the advertising shows.
3. After a full charge, this scooter would only range 14 miles. I had to walk the scooter after 14 miles. The range of 35 miles is FALSE ADVERTISING.
4. Some descriptions says it has a 500w motor, which is untrue or very questionable. Some descriptions say it has a 350w motor.
5. This scooter is very weak and does not have the power to do what the description says it does. I am VERY VERY VERY dissatisfied with this scooter and I hate I wasted my time BUYING IT UNDER FALSE ADVERSTISEMENT. IT WAS A UTTER WASTE OF MY TIME.

I ordered the Hovsco HovBeta Foldable Fat Tire E-bike. My order arrived quickly and was well-packed. However, there are areas on the bike where the paint is chipped off and other areas with scratches. The Hovsco customer service immediately addressed my concerns and provided good customer service.

The bike arrived in perfect shape, incredibly well packaged and relatively easy to assemble. Reclassing to 3 is easy task - YT vids - and support from company is quick and detailed. My 15 yr old loves it!

Package came on time, when I opened had a broken part. With one email the part was sent and the assembly continued. Impressed by the product, the company and the coverage. How often does that happen. Going to have years of fun and fitness!!!’

I recently purchased the HOVSCO HOVCART eBike, along with the children’s seat and the interchangeable rear basket, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience so far.

The ability to switch between the kids’ seat and the rear basket is incredibly convenient. It makes the bike super versatile—perfect for family rides one day and errands the next. My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loves riding on the back. The children’s seat is very well built, feels extremely safe, and keeps her comfortable the entire ride, which gives me great peace of mind.

The battery life has exceeded my expectations by a lot. We’ve gone on many rides now, including longer rides lasting hours at a time, and the battery just keeps going. The brakes are very responsive and give the bike a solid, confident feel while riding.

Assembly was straightforward, with clear directions that made the process easy. On top of that, the customer service from HOVSCO has been absolutely top-notch. I’ve asked them plenty of questions (probably more than most!), and every time they’ve been quick to respond, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about their product. It’s rare to find customer service this good.

Overall, I’ve had nothing but an amazing and positive experience with both the bike and the company. I highly recommend HOVSCO and the HOVCART to anyone considering an eBike—especially families. We’re all really looking forward to many more adventures on our new bike!
