Easy process from start to finish. Quick turnaround processing and approving loan with little intervention.
I would like to comment on the website as it is becoming more difficult to navigate to find the basic functions due to more and more advertising and/or non essential tools to process loans. This is the first time I had to be directed by a phone call to fill basic screens because it was surrounded be a bunch unneeded advertisements.

Online application is easy and you can track your progress. I have all three of my kids loans through RISLA. One time I had to call because I had a question and I was able to easily speak to a live person.
If your kids go to school in Rhode Island, or you are a resident they have the best rates.
