I ordered and paid for three tickets to Sarah Silverman. I was given QR codes for two and cannot get anyone to address
I have made several attempts to claim my tickets. I keep getting an error notification. I called the number given in case of problems. Machine answered, said they’ll call back within 48 hours. The email saying the tickets were ready said you may have to claim them within 48 hours. Really feels like a scam.

However, please be aware that some venues number their seats in an odd- or even-numbered pattern, rather than in strictly consecutive numbers. For example, one side of the venue may be labeled with even numbers only (e.g., 2, 4, 6), which can give the appearance that the seats are not adjacent—even though they are indeed side by side within the row. As it is also stated on the website; the prices may be above the face value.

At the time of your purchase there is an important note indicating Mobile Entry Tickets, you must have a smart devise on hand to enter event. We are also sending an email with directions and an option to use another devise by someone in your party.

Somewhat easy and effective but I cannot get the tickets to transfer to my wallet?

The option to save tickets to a device's Wallet is not always available, depending on the platform. There are many different platform applications used to provide tickets to purchasers. As these apps are owned by different venues, teams, and independent websites with whom we are not affiliated, you will have to use the application to pull up your tickets and display them on your mobile device for scanning. When I buy tickets to an event, I want to know exactly where I'm sitting and what I'm paying for. I know the row, but not the seats. All it said was that they would be togather.
