You can’t get answers from their customer support. You’re not informed it comes from CHINA!!!!

Very friendly.
Some previous deliveries have been left outside
the buildings entrance door.
My delivery is 16kg in weight.
I’m a pensioner and cannot pick it up

However slight “hitch” if you don’t have a printed label.
One occasion my parcel got put the wrong label on and I received something completely different.
