We were looked after like family…
This is the first time I have travelled with my 82 year old mother abroad. Suraya, kindly agreed to have a video call with me prior to booking, so that I could have all my questions addressed. The booking was simple, we were kept up to date with everything from the expected weather, to packing tips and more. I really appreciated the home from home comfort and the privacy of our outdoor pool. We were taken care of like family. Suraya ensure we were transported in comfort at all times. The excursions were well thought out and we had plenty of time to relax. I think mum is ready for her next trip! 😊

We were taken care of like family, every step of the way. I can honestly say that I have no qualms about travelling as a single female on my own, knowing that HTG is the best travel companion I could wish for. I will definitely be travelling with HTG again 😊

Could have done better
The delivery arrived on time. I received an email the day before and was asked if the time was suitable. The driver kept me updated on expected time of arrival.
The delivery guys were lovely apart from the fact that they brought wet and dirty footprints into my new cream bedroom carpet. They should have put a little more care and thought into what they were doing. However when I noticed this, I asked them to just slide the bed delivery into the room without entering it, which they did. Maybe some overshoe carpet protectors are in order??

In regards to the footprints, please accept our apologies for this.
Deliveries are made with time restrictions and our crew make these deliveries as quickly as possible, this means they wont always be able to assess the flooring in the room of your choice. We also cannot help weather conditions.
As shoe covers can cause slips and trips, we prefer our team not to use them.
We have taken your comments on board though and will certainly look into this further.

The product is wonderful
The product is wonderful. Good solid bed. Exactly as per expectations. They kindly sent out free swatches as well. The assembly instructions were omitted but they emailed them straight over. I had to call their customer services for further clarification and they were super helpful and reassuring.
I would have give 5 stars but their delivery company let them down by coming in with muddy shoes all over my brand new cream bedroom carpet!
