Ohh boy where do I start?
I ordered a lamp (225EUR) The delivery was delayed by 15 days.
After contacting them they gave me a tracking number.
3 days later the lamp arrived. What was I thinking. Only the lampshades have arrived. Lamp is nowhere.
2 days later I have got another tracking number. Joy!
I was watching continuously the tracker and got suspicious as it looked like the package was going backward back to the sender. Contacted them again. They sent the missing part again. The lamp arrived. Joy! Until I opened the package and realized it is badly damaged. I am still waiting for the damaged part to be replaced...
