DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered a LED face mask but when I changed my mind within a couple of hours of the purchase (I should have looked at Trust Pilot first!), they ignored my emails until it was dispatched (4 days). The website said delivery in 3-5 days, it took over 5 weeks and to get my refund (£300), I had to send it back to China at my cost! even though everything on this website suggests it's UK company, IT'S NOT - it's a complete scam! I have yet to get my refund and they have my money for nearly 6 weeks now. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I tried to cancel my order immediately upon realising that I had bought two by mistake. I contacted the company within the hour but they told me I couldn't cancel because the item had already been shipped!!!!
When the order arrived several weeks later there was only part of the order ie:one of the masks. I paid nearly three hundred pounds for a load of rubbish.i have been told by them that I had to return the goods to China at my expense . They don't tell you that when you place your order. I am trying to get a refund through my card provider. Please , please do not waste your money wit h this company. It's a complete scam !!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY This is a scam, on multiple levels. The site says it is Deluxe Skin UK but this ships from China not the UK. The site also states expected shipping in 3-5 days, it took a month to arrive with minimal tracking updates. Next problem, I did not receive the same mask as pictured on the website. My mask says Beauty Mask not Deluxe Skin as advertised. I also was sent a different controller than pictured on website. Last but not least, and the most disappointing part—the light options and wave lengths are also different in the included manual than was advertised on the website. The website notes Red Light 633nm but the manual states Red Light (630nm). The website also states Near-Infrared 830nm and in the manual this setting isn’t even included as an option. Dozens of really bad reviews online for this company advising it’s a scam and some people never even received their orders.

Unfortunately the fake mask they sent me is also available on Temu for $40. Deluxe Skin charged me $300 and sent me a knock-off. Stay tuned if they ever reply to my emails for refund.

I ordered my item 12/01/26 with free express delivery of 3-6 days (perfect 👌)
Order was now on 7 days and Late for a birthday gift! Chased the order several times to be told it’s on its way I can’t cancel and can return when I receive it (ok)

Order received 5/02/26 ( what a joke)

Contacted customer services as told to do to create a return, address given was CHINA I queried this as I bought from UK response received is basically if it’s out of stock UK they’ll send from CHINA I return it at a cost to me of £33.30 I’m already taking this up with the right people as this is FRAUD & mis- selling

are returning the product to the company as apparently it was damaged in transit ..customer service shocking ..I have requested a refund ..but i won't hold my breath avoid like the plague..Their page says 5star reviews on trust pilot ??. as of today no refund and no reply to my email 😕

Ordered one item for my partner for Christmas checkout stated a gift card included along with a booklet none of these arrived only the facemasks 6weeks later !!!
Before they had arrived I had another payment taken from my bank I contacted them immediately and was told I’d signed up to a subscription, I had not !! I asked to stop the order and refund they refused, the cancelled any further orders but said this must come, clearly a scam as nearly every reviews has the same.
The item said delivered weeks later but we received nothing, I contacted them to explain and they told me I had to chase up with the courier, under uk law this is their responsibility I explained and they should either replace or refund then they ignored me eventually coming back and saying they wouldn’t do anything until I called the courier.
I’ve contacted my bank and explained the scam they’ve refunded me.
Avoid at all costs, also the item itself was garbage.

Ordered the LED face mask hadn't arrived on the delivery date.
No update on the tracking app.
Contacted then they said the item was on its way no delivery date offered.
Not received by 28 days , requested a full refund ,which I received.
Item arrived a couple of days later.
I contacted them asking for a pre paid returns label ,they want me to pay the return costs to China!

Yes, like everyone else..duped into buying from what appeared to be a UK company only to find out i was ordering from China. Website said 3 - 6 day delivery..turned out to be 6 weeks. Face mask finally arrived but was really poor quality, I asked for return details only to find out the return would be £75. When offered a 50% refund I grudgingly accepted as id rather have something for my £80 than nothing! Looks like i have a fight on my hands getting the 50% refund as "miriam" keeps promising but nothings happening. I paid via PayPal so im going to try resolve it through them. This type of website should be banned!!! It's just ripping people off.

Having left a very negative review about the integrity and dubious professionalism of Deluxeskin.uk I have to advise that although I do standby these comments I have to advise that the long awaited product arrived today via Royal Mail and on inspecting the delivery labels it would seem the unacceptable delivery via China (which you are not aware of at the time of order otherwise you would know that contrary to the company giving a delivery date of 3-6 days coming from China this delivery date would never be met and the customer would be under allusion that it would arrive within that time frame), Secondly, the lack of communication to the customer whereby you are just given tracking details as your only method of checking the status of your goods is far from acceptable and customer service would appear to be an automated / robotic AI system which is absolutely useless and does not actually address any customer concerns so adding to a customers growing scepticism of this company together with them not being transparent about where the product was actually coming from and giving the impression it would be delivered from within the UK hence the 3-6 days for delivery. It was only being able to successfully peel back the Royal Mail delivery details from the details below to understand the parcels journey. So still not happy with Deluxeskin trading ethics but the product did arrive on 6th February in a well packaged condition with the contents all intact. With that in mind I will now have to contact my bank regarding the charge back I raised with them to cancel that once I have established that the product is fully functional.
This is my experience and I hope it might give a bit of assurance to the hundreds of others who have voiced their concerns on Trust Pilot about not receiving the products ordered and hopefully mine was not the only one to arrive on customers doorsteps today. AVOID!! Absolute scam ‘company’ from China posing to be a UK company. State delivery will be 3-6 days however no product has even turned up a month later. DO NOT ORDER

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if by some miracle you do get sent the product you ordered, they are fakes and as such I suspect not safe to use.

I was SO skeptical after reading all these negative reviews ( as I had already ordered), however, so far so good! I feel like the customer service has been attentive, product came in great packaging, and mask seems very well made--- So we shall see---- Only thing was it took awhile to arrive, 3-4 weeks. But overall, so far so good

Didn’t notice much the first few uses but after a month my skin just looks… healthier.

I paid £199 for my delux skin mask. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and the customer service was awful. This was an absolute waste of money. I wish I had read the reviews before I had bought it. After use my skin - especially around the mouth area looks worse than it did before using it.

I already have way too many skincare tools 😅 but this one actually fits into my routine. I use it while watching Netflix and it’s easy, not annoying.

Ordered 28th December with the estimated receipt date 9th January. After no movement on tracking for a few weeks I contacted them, received a reply within 48hrs saying it was still in transit. Tracking eventually updated to say flight departed 22/01/2026 but didn't land until 02/02/2026... defying science but there we go. Finally delivered 04/02/2026. Quality seems reasonable, perhaps not £200 worth but I'm just grateful I wasn't fully scammed. Wearing whilst writing this... can't comment on its effectiveness but all seems to work ok. Instructions at least make sense. Agree company should be more transparent on shipping times, location of company and where goods are coming from. Communication could also be better. Given it is £300 cheaper than the nearest rival I'm reasonably satisfied.

Ordered 2nd Jan and still waiting for parcel, absolute crap customer service - visiting my bank today to request refund!!!! The worst company I will be posting every email on social media

Was honestly unsure this would do anything. First week I saw nothing. Around week 3 my skin texture felt smoother. Subtle, but real.

I use it at night once the kids are finally asleep. I don’t expect miracles, but my skin looks calmer in the morning. Less redness for sure.

Terrible. Please don’t waste your money ordering from these scammers.
