(this post is about smplive) sometimes i wonder if like. the people from lunch club still talk to each other. i wonder this about like 1000 pairs of people but im thinking about lunch club RIGHT NOW.
like we know schlatt and ted and slimecicle still talk cus they were in a podcast and continue to be on normal terms. slimecicle left because hes busy and all but they still like collaborate sometimes. and we know cooper cscoop and travis and noah are probably all still friends because they were friends before and will continue to be probably. who else was in lunch? carsons unassociated with the whole everyone.
but like...... im watching a cooper vod from 4 weeks ago (very recent) and it is so chill and normal and relaxed. STARK difference to the SLIMECICLE vods i watch a lot (i usually watch ones from like 4 yrs ago to be fair). but the current day ones are like... they are like insane. guy who hardly knows how to play the videogame + chat from dsmp. SCAAAARY! cscoop vod is like "yeah we beat the ender dragon and have all diamond and i have a sniffer and a million farms. im gonna build a castle" and his chat is all stoners. VERY DIFFERENT!!!!!!
i just wonder if they talk. like at all. the two kind of groups of them. people separate friends fall out naturally etc i get it but.... if it was me..... brother i would be talking to everyone all the time......... i just wonder if we will see slimecicle / cscoop content because that sounds hilarious
ok im basically ARG'ing this up right now but im watching a cscoop stream vod from 3 whole days ago and JOKO whos in call with them referenced CHARLIE SLIMECICLE. and he referenced a rather current(?) thing that happened with him (slimecicle accidentally said a slur one time) (this was like a little less than a year ago. thats pretty current? maybe? i think?). so this means that at least JOKO keeps up to date (again. kind of) with some of the others from lunch club. though this is also kind of a weird context. so um. you know. interesting data…
leon kennedy x luis serra is like a 7/10 i think... its cute but theyre kind of samey to me. no contrast or interest. granted im not the biggest resident evil fan so bear with me here. have i dont leon x chris yet cus i think thats also a 7/10. theyre SO friends to me but the contrast there is more palpable. leon x jack krauser (i looked him up! i dont know i saw some art of them once) is probably a 9/10 i dont know their dynamic like at all but it seems like enemies to lovers and the contrast is soooo real. i looked them up too and the images are really yaoi so. okay thats it
my friends were looking at my yaoi ratings and saw this and were like lol. its all leon. and IN MY DEFENSE leon is the most yaoi out of the resident evil cast BUT I HAVE MORE! NOW!

leon x dante is another leon ship but thats ok. leon x dante is REALLY yaoi but i think they would be unbearable together. theyre the SAME GUY. its like selfcest. since i dont think anyone could stand the two of them in a room together for more than maybe 2 minutes im gonna have to give them a 3/10. theyre REALLY yaoi dont get me wrong but just IMAGINING the one-liner banter between them is driving me nuts and theyre not even real

listening to her newest EP “mysteries for rats.” here are my thoughts
gross: i absolutely adore the instrumental. its kind of video game but less so than shuffle (which i listened to before this). i love the chorus in this one its so like melodic. but you ARE a chemical compound girl! some of the ways she lilts her voice kind of bug me. one time she sounded like the homestuck musical. another time she sounded like taylor swift. not that good of things to sound like. but you know. thats okay. this is jake. 5/10 its okay
mexico: massive change of pace. this is still beautiful it definitely feels like both a desert and a slowly operating factory. an insane instrumental thing just happened that was so cool it was like electric keyboard maybe? its like carnival esque its so cool. this is aradia. 7/10
sin eater: FIVE MINUTES! YEESH! so beautiful. religious themes out the gate. i really appreciate her like. syllables. theyre so perfect for the rhythm. and it rhymes and flows so nice. love the piano. its an incredibly pretty combination of gore and girlhood and god the three g’s lol. love the echoing or like. repetition. what is it? playing and remixing the same few sentences. the descending piano notes drive me crazy. i think this is jade. 8/10
shuffle: LOVE THE SOUNDS! SO VIDEOGAME! i love the autotune too to be honest. it fits the instrumental so well. the lyrics are kind of lacking in this one. but thats okay the music is so pretty i forgive her. the descending notes literally make me insane. this is the rainbow factory. the callback um verse at the end is good and i like it though i dont know if it fits the rest of the song. i looove the end tune its so good im a sucker for videogame sounds. 7/10
cemetery pigeons: the instrumental in this one reminds me of night in the woods. so good. oh it just got so joyous. it just got MORE joyous. more content i guess its not cheery or anything. these songs are so long what do you mean six minutes. what the hell party crasher time its just piano and autotune now. definitely my least fav of all these songs ill give it a 3/10 the instrumental just doesnt rock as hard. i dont think this is anyone to be honest
