Great product

A pioneer and a giant of retail trade sustainability. The best second hand website that I have encountered so far. Thousands of excellent products deserve a chance for a second life.

Edit: It seems company thinks tomorrow means 2 days later.
Awful service. If you order with "at your home tomorrow" promise, you will hardly get it in 2 days. You have to send them messages for them to create a shipping label. It will not be handed over to the mail carrier at the end of the first day (promised delivery date). You will receive it at home 2nd or 3rd day.
Their customer service simply ignores customers. Whatsapp sends 1 generic reply and ignores further messages. Email contacts are not replied in time.

I would love to give a better rating, because I really like the idea. But the support process was so terrible that I can't give anything more. After the screen I had ordered turned out defective, as confirmed by the manufacturer, I asked for a refund. However, about half a year later, I still haven't received it, despite sending them several reminders.

I ordered two items from that website and then decided to return them, but they asked for payment for the return. I agreed and paid for it, but when I arrived at the dropshop, the shop owner told me it was not possible to send these two items with one return label. I explained the situation to 2Dekansje's customer services and they said I had to buy an additional return ticket. I gave up and only sent one of the items. I am still waiting for a refund after 14 days. Never again!

After this review, they contact me as soon as possible and they made the refund 3 day later

I am happy with my order and it was very fast

I ordered something 23 of November. The expected delivery date was 25 of November. The package went to French and back. Who knows why. Now I want to get back my money because it is 5 days and no my orders.. They don't want to hear about it and they do nothing. This was the first time that I ordered from this company but the last in my life. Never anymore. Disgusting company !!!

Scammed..

Ordered a display television and got a box full of trash and random objects..

Got scammed big time. NEVER ORDER HERE unless you want some random plastic objects that costs you €200

Easy to buy, good price for good products, my delivery was supposed to arrive in a not convenient day for me and they help me to get it on time, it was amazing!

I orderd 2 beamers on the 31 of july. I reveived 1. I tried to have contact with 2dekansje via what'sapp : alsways same standaard answer : we will answer your message. I am waiting for an answer since a month. I tried to call them serveral times : their is nobody at the phone. So no service when something goes wrong. I spend so much time on this and still it is not fixed. Do not buy here!!! They are not correct at all. BTW my order number is ORS701005.

Fake drop-shipper. They don't have any of the products that they advertise; they just order them from a 3rd party after you've paid, just like you could do yourself. Plus there's no customer support to speak of. Avoid like the plague.

I had a very positive experience ordering from 2dekansje. I purchased several items, and although one of them had a few issues, the customer support team responded within a day after I contacted them. The issue was resolved in the best possible way. I'm very satisfied with their service!

Everything arrived, but the scale didn't measure correctly and the camera we ordered said it was 48 megapixels and it is 5. But despite everything, for this price it's good.
