1st box I ordered didnt arrive but I notified them and they sorted it straight away and sent a new box out which arrived quickly. Great products, good customer service. Will use again

Great boxes and delivery

Great boxes and delivery. I set up a subcription on my second box and contacted them by e-mail as I wanted to change something in the box. After no reply I have contacted my bank. There is no account to log into or way to pause, amend or cancel a subscription.
Go ahead and give them a try just don't subscribe until they sort out there website.

Fantastic all round service

Excellent value, top treats (says Charlie, spaniel) and fast delivery. Crunchy rabbits ears at an unbeatable price, so good that Charlie will swap his ball for one!!! Unbeatable value and great communication. I love this company and now use their Subscription service 👌🏻
