Man, those instagram ads get you sometimes. Make sure to read their return policy online before you purchase. Paid way too much for something I'll never wear and can never return. Fool me once I guess.

There is no customer service at this store. Please don’t order from this site. I order a medium jogger (30-32 inch waist on there site). Pants arrived and they measured 40 inches. Emailed serval times and no response. Had to dispute the charge with credit card company. Also the product was super cheap quality.

This is the worst site . I hope people read these reviews before purchasing anything from here . Paid £158 for a hoodie that is so poor in quality and not true to size for a large the arms are too small and the length is more like a small.
You can’t even exchange what a joke and such a rip off !!!!…. Lesson learned

They don’t pay customs so if you’re buying from outside the US expect a fat £100+ fee from FedEx. Quality is shit was hoping they’d be hoodies that last years but there’re literally falling apart at the seams after only a few wears

Bad Quality Overall. The fit is ok but the Quality is really really Bad for that price. 175Euros is overpriced as hell. Had better expectations.

In their defence, the clothing is… semi good quality (material wise at least. More on that later), however, I paid 1,000 f***ing euro for 2 tracksuits and 1 sh💩 T-shirt.

I saw the clothes and they looked super comfy. I hate the open hem jogger phase that earth is having, but I bought them with plans of cuffing them. I think the total was like €600 or €700, which is already super overpriced for a small brand that sells basic clothes (but I just got it like that), but I decided to buy them. Then for some reason, they got stopped at customs and had a €350 vat and customs charge slapped on. Crazy work.

So now that we’re down a whole rack, the clothes arrive. Solid. Feel super comfortable. T-shirt fit like 💩, which was the initial red flag. Super wide but short, like it was made for a short fat guy (mind you everything was in my normal sizes), one pair of joggers didn’t even have the pockets made properly, fully stitched closed and unusable. I don’t want to fk them up, so they will remain like that I guess. Hoodies…. Dude… a snug hoodie I buy is a size small. I wanted them to be oversized, so I bought medium. I washed them once and now the fit like belly top T-shirts. Half way up my stomach and arms.

Terrible, terrible fit all around, and pockets weren’t even made correctly. All in all, a total rinse of 1k in my opinion. Doubt I’ll ever shop with these again

This has been the worst experience of my Life. I have ordered my items a month ago, shipped 3 weeks later (??), have sent 8 mails (no reaction still) and the items suck in quality. The chain peeker shirt and red zip up feel insanely cheap compared to alot of other brands where I have ordered simalair items for less. Let me not start on the shipping costs because you cant return your items. I think I’m down around 500 Bucks for 3 items that cost them 50 dollars to make. Just dont order here if youre from Europe.

I ordered a hoodie about 2 years ago and I loved it. Now I ordered a second time and the quality is really bad compared to what it used to be. I paid a lot for two hoodies and I got a faulty product. I sent them emails regarding the problem and have not received any response even though it's been weeks. If you are considering ordering from them, don't.

Bought a grey hoodie about 2 years ago and got one of their navy hoodies more recently. The difference in quality is night and day. The newer hoodie is made of a cheaper thinner material, it’s not as heavyweight and not as baggy as the previous hoodie. The inside also feels different and the waist band at the back rises up to reveal practically half of your t shirt underneath. It’s clear that they’ve cut production costs and are making worse quality clothes at the same price. Completely inexcusable imo, don’t waste your money here.

Heres the thing, big companies get around 100 emails a day if not more. They cant answer within 10 minutes, they also cant expect things like the package getting lost in dilervery or otherwise, dont get mad at the slightes error, give people time to answer. and make sure u buy the right thing in the right size, ordering wrong is your foult, not the companys

I had an issue with a missing order, and the team handled it quickly and professionally. They arranged a replacement without any hassle and were very friendly throughout. Excellent customer service!

almost 100€ hidden costs
I ordered a hoody for delivery to Germany, it was already very pricey.
I now got an additional invoice from Fedex over almost 100€ taxes, service fees etc. This is absolutly not transparent and should be highlighted on the web page. Never had such an experience before. Absolute scam!

I ordered a size S, but you sent me a size M. I understood from the beginning that returns aren’t accepted outside the U.S., but this was your mistake. Why should I be the one to lose my money because of your error?

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I ordered the blue hoodie and the color on the website is the one I wanted, but I got an ugly greenish hoodie that they called blue. 170 dollars gone to waste and they wouldn’t let me return it. Size was to small as well. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a gift card with 2 day expedited shipping on Dec 22. It is Dec 29 - no card. No response to email. Don't promise what you can't fulfill. Also alarmed at reviews re: lack of customer response and will need to tell intended giftee to be CERTAIN she gets what she wants - and how can new items be stained?

IM GOING TO KEEP / WEAR MY HOODIE FOR 50 YEARS MINIMUM

Went off the size guide on the website, and it was way off from what I received. Reached out to their "customer service," they said "Our stock sells out extremely fast so there is no room for changing sizes as most are sold out." This item is NOT sold out in any of the sizes. I asked if they could make an exception and help me out here (it's a $160 hoodie FFS), and said I was even interested in purchasing a snapback...no response. Sent again, no response. They don't care ANYTHING about keeping a client, they just want a single sale, nothing more. Buyer beware, make sure you know EXACTLY what you want, cause if it's not the right size, god have mercy on your wallet.

First of all, I accidentally ordered a hoodie that cost 100 USD with the wrong size. I immediately wrote an email, but I did not get a response. Then I got my order and unfortunately found out the hoodie did not look like in the picture. It didn't look like a vintage hoodie at all and is not a brand that matches for this price. The manufacturing of this polluver was very cheap and it looked very old and used. It also had small stains and I am totally disappointed that I spent money on this hoodie. The customer service is also pathetic and I advise you not to buy anything from this company.
