I placed an order with alkapida.com after being told that delivery would take approximately one month. I accepted this and waited patiently. However, more than two months passed and my order was never delivered. There were no proper updates and no clear explanation for the delay.

After waiting far beyond the promised timeframe, I decided to cancel my order. Without any warning or prior explanation, £14.90 was deducted from my refund. When I questioned this, I was told it was a “delivery charge”. This is completely unacceptable, as the delivery fee shown on their website was only £12.81. Not only was nothing delivered, but they also deducted more than what was originally charged.

I genuinely do not understand how a company can justify charging customers for a service that was never provided, especially when the amount taken does not even match their own stated fees. This behaviour is misleading and dishonest.

I tried several times to contact them to resolve this issue properly, but they showed no interest in finding a fair solution. They simply repeat that delivery charges are non-refundable, while ignoring the fact that no delivery ever took place and they charged me more than the delivery fee stated.

After reading many other reviews, it is clear that delivery problems are a common complaint. This strongly suggests that this company uses low prices to attract customers, takes their money, and then fails to fulfil orders. Based on my experience, I believe this company is operating in a fraudulent manner.

In my opinion, this is a scam. They appear to profit from delayed or undelivered orders and unfair deductions, rather than providing genuine customer service.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company. No one should risk losing their money this way, and I believe the authorities should seriously investigate their business practices.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I have placed an order online and it wasn’t a small order either. However the arrival date was way over (2months) the estimated delivery date (21days). Every time I tried reaching out, I would be given an excuse over and over again. Wasn’t given the right to cancel and request refund. Never using this platform again and would warn my surroundings too and not recommend to anyone seeing this now.

Bir ürün sipariş ettim 6 ay yaklaşık sürdü sipariş gelmedi. İşin kötü yanı ürün gelmeden geri gitmiş ve ben bunu sormasam öğrenemeyeceğim. Para iadesi için ayrıca tekrar iletişime geçmem gerekiyor ve bana iban numaramı soruyorlar. Bu kadar amatörce olmak başarıdır. Tek kelime ile ifade etmek gerekirse: Rezillik! Rezillilk! Rezillik!

Bir daha asla işim olmaz. Hiç kimseye de kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Paranızla rezil olmak istemiyorsanız kesinlikle uzak durun derim.

Disgraceful!

I ordered a product and it took around 6 months, but it never arrived. The worst part is that the product was returned without ever reaching me, and I wouldn’t have even known if I hadn’t asked. Now, I have to get in touch again just to request a refund, and they’re asking for my IBAN number. It’s astonishing how amateurish this whole process is. If I had to sum it up in one word: Disgraceful! Disgraceful! Disgraceful!

I will never deal with them again. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone. If you don’t want to be humiliated while spending your money, I strongly suggest you stay away.

The delivery Time is very bad, from 2 weeks to 2 months, also the customer service is very bad

I would like to give 0 stars as the customer service is really rubbish. Communication is not clear and poor. My order has not arrived and I got a refund through my bank as the seller is not responding. In my next attempt to order, giving them one more chance, they abused the payment and cut off the payment for the first order that did not arrive and cancelled my order. I do not recommend at all. Such a scam!
N.P. I have not received my first order, that's why tour payment has been blocked.

Very slow delivery up to 2 months wait

Never buy anything from this company, my things were lost and came 3 months later. when they came they were broke and now they aren’t helping me solve the problem. I have messaged them plenty of time and they have stopped replying. When I left a review they commented that it was all solved when nothing is. I still have all the broken parts. WASTE OF MONEY. AND VERY RUDE

Given the delivery distance our order came on time. Since this was glassware, secure packaging was really important. I have to say that this was perfect! I give A1 for efficiency.

There was no sufficient information about the delivery for the orders placed and also the delivery of the products was very late. Finally, the products are never of the quality shown in the image. For all these reasons, I do not think I will shop there again.

I have finally received the product. It took exactly 5 weeks for it to ship to Denmark. Here's the overall conclusion:

1. Rather slow delivery. They claimed to have shipped the product 4 days after I ordered it. From then on it took more than 3 weeks before the tracking site could confirm that the shipping company had received the package. Total delivery time: 5 weeks.

2. Somewhat poor sense customer service, although nothing serious in this case (just poor information, standard copy/paste replies).

3. The product itself is absolutely great! And even if I wasn't too satisfied with the process, the most important thing is that the product did arrive, it was intact and the quality was good.

Be cautious.

Website said to expect 2 week delivery. It's been almost 4 weeks (but a bit more than 3 weeks since they actually claim to have shipped the package). Nothing yet. The tracking page still says that UPS hasn't received the package.

I'm not sure what to expect (is it delayed, or will it actually not arrive at all?). When contacting customer service, they just reply with a copy/paste standard message.

I will update this review when there is new information. I'm still hoping to receive the product, although I don't know if I'm comfortable ordering the rest of the equipment I need from here.

I had to order my plates 3 times to get them! 3 orders in 4 month,delay after delay we had to cancel them...
Finally I got them .
On top,I never received thé UPS tracking mail,or delivery notice,I had to follow by myself,call the UPS customer service and so on.
Really deceived by thé Web site

I have two Puchases one of them this kitchen life cake plate ... bad quality and washed with hands but the plate have water inside and the draw is gone

Now this is my third time to write against this company.. this is going on from month ago on 3rd may Ive placed my order and I have cancelled my order three weeks before and I’ve provided every single detail to them still didn’t get my money back and it was not a small amount !! And here also I’ve written two times how they have wasted my time and energy and now all I want is my money back .. and I’m not getting any help …please think before you shop from these type of non professional companies specially from ALKAPIDA !!!
It’s been a month now !!! It’s an harassment !!!
Please help me to get my money back !!
