Misleading delivery times
I ordered some small furniture. They say most of their stuff arrives within 2 days. Mine was in store and to be shipped within 3 days. I paid a bit extra GLS for faster delivery. They nevertheless shipped it with a donkey cart, which takes a while since their store is in Hungary. So far it’s been 4 weeks and the shipment made it half the way. Can’t believe I fell for that.

⚠️beware scammers ⚠️ I ordered a playstation 5 pro (4878kr) from them, they sent me a slim version without a disk drive, which is not worth that kind of money! Of course, I wrote to them that the order was not correct! They approved the return, and two days after the package arrived they disappeared, a regular bot started answering the mail! 2 weeks passed, no console, no money! I’m going to the police
Very poor experience - still no item and no refund after 3 months
Looks like a common problem from other reviews here with this company. I also ordered a Louis Polsen light back in November, the order never arrived and I was told they will refund me in January (after multiple emails asking them the status).
It has now been over 1 month since I got my refund, they keep telling me it will be 7-14 business days, but they have effectively stole my money as I still havn't received anything. Do not use this website, no clue how it is structured behind the scenes but they don't use proper logistic suppliers and their customer service are polite and responsive, but their team processing refunds are not doing their job.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Allbuy has been nothing short of a disaster, filled with lies, incompetence, and complete disregard for their customers.
I placed an order for String Furniture on October 3rd, 2024. When the package arrived, one of the items was missing. Simple mistake, right? Well, four months later, I still don't have my product, and I've been subjected to an endless loop of excuses, misleading information, and outright lies from their so-called customer service.
The Nightmare Timeline
1 October 2024 – Ordered multiple String Furniture items. One package was missing on delivery. I immediately reported the issue.
2 November 2024 – Customer service assured me that the missing item would be shipped “soon”, as it was coming from a “remote warehouse.”
3 December 2024 – More empty promises, no shipment. They told me the product was lost in transit but that they would reorder and send it.
4 January 2025 – After six weeks of silence, I demand an update. They then change their story and claim the item is out of stock (despite it being clearly listed as available on their website).
5. February 2025 – Five months after my order, they suddenly decide to cancel my order and force a refund, instead of delivering the item they were contractually obliged to provide.
Lies, Excuses, and False Promises
• They repeatedly told me the product was in stock but still failed to send it.
• They said they were reordering it but then later claimed it was out of stock—all while still selling the exact same product on their website.
• They promised a refund a month ago—and even that hasn't been processed.
• Every email was copy-paste nonsense, with no real effort to fix the issue.
A Company That Simply Doesn't Care
This is not just bad customer service—this is fraudulent business practice. Allbuy took my money, failed to deliver, and then wasted months giving me excuses instead of a solution. They have no accountability, no transparency, and no respect for their customers.
If you're considering buying from Allbuy, DON'T. They will gladly take your money, but if something goes wrong, expect to be stuck in a never-ending loop of incompetence and lies.
Save yourself the frustration. Spend your money somewhere else.

Ordered a PH lamp back in 30.11.2024. Since then I am waiting for it, we exchanged around 80 emails with their customer service but, they always come up with some excuses.
When we had enough we said we would like our money back, thats started 3 weeks ago, whenever I ask them, its the same situation coming with excuses, technical issues.
Its super frustrating, wish I just ordered the lamp from the official Louis Poulsen site. I have newrly 5000dkk that they stole from me.

I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from Allbuy to think twice. I have lost nearly 3000 DKK to this company under completely unfair circumstances and an appalling (or should I say non-existent) customer service.
I purchased a lamp as a gift, only to discover it was shattered when opened. I went to file a claim right away, but first of all found that they have no email and no phone number. All contact is automated and I'm not even convinced at this point that I've been in contact with an actual human being.
After filling in maybe 5 forms to solve something that wasn't my fault, Allbuy has refused to provide a full refund, hiding behind unclear and contradictory policies. Their "solution" was a partial refund that doesn’t even come close to covering the cost of the item. They offered to refund 271.90DKK to "remedy the situation"...
My guess is that they got their first 10K positive reviews when they had an actual customer service function.
I would never recommend buying anything from this company. If you value your money and a hassle-free shopping experience, take your business elsewhere.

Was promised delivery of second item in 5-20 days, that was beginning of September, and still no delivery. Customer service is ignoring my requests for updates for the last week.

Horrible customer service
We purchased a quite expensive armchair at the beginning of July 2024 that should have been delivered to our place upon signature. Although our name and phone number were clearly marked on the box, the armchair was basically abandoned carelessly in a neighbor's garden hundreds of meters away. We were able to collect the box because the neighbor called us, but the chair was damaged. We've been trying for 3 months now to get the chair replaced, with useless and time consuming back & forward email communication. Although we communicated very clearly and way in advance when we will be at home to be able to receive the replacement chair, they were not able to coordinate that with FedEx and the chair is now supposed to arrive on a day when we're not there. We offered an alternative address, they were unwilling to coordinate that with FedEx and asked us to do that ourselves by sending us a link to a service only available in the US although the delivery is in France. Utter sheer incompetence and carelessness at every step of the way. 3 months after they took our money we still don't have the product.
Terrible Experience – Missing Part, Poor Communication, and No Resolution After 3 Months
I purchased a table from Allbuy.dk on the 8th of July, which was delivered promptly, but with one major issue: a key part of the table was missing. Since then, I’ve been emailing them weekly, and for the first couple of months, they kept assuring me they were working on getting the missing part and would send it to me. That was a month ago.
For the last month, they've avoided answering my questions clearly in my emails asking for updates on the missing part and any next steps. Today, I receive an email, saying they will send me return labels. Now, after 3 months of patently waiting for them to solve my issue, I’m left having to figure out how to return an 80kg table and not even sure if I can trust them to refund my money.
The entire process has been a nightmare, and the lack of clear communication is so unprofessional. Of course this things can happen, but the avoidance of not telling me what is going on, has really been unpleasant and frustrating. I will never buy from them again, and I highly advise others to be cautious.
Worst experience ever - refused to return my money

I've ordered from AllBuy three times and never had any issues until now when I had to return my items.
First, it took 5 months to receive a return shipping label. I spent months going back and forth with them reminding them to send it.
Secondly, when I received it and returned the products, AllBuy refused to return my money. I kept reminding them and the only response I got was that it would take a while due to "administrative processes". After three months I threatened them with a small claims court and they seeminly blocked me and stopped answering my emails.
I was finally able to get my money back by filing a claim with MasterCard.
I can see from other reviews here that I'm not the only one this has happened to. If you're struggling with this please check if you can dispute the charge with your credit card or look into the European Union's European Small Claims Procedure for cross-border disputes, as AllBuy is registered in Germany. I was prepared to take this route but luckily MasterCard came through!
Overall this was such a disappointing and unprofessional experience, will never buy from AllBuy again. Honestly embarassing for them.
