Pathetic treatment Bitdefender & Antivirus.eu
Bought Bidefender licenses 2x20 for 2 year.
Licenses merged when adding to Bitdefender central.
Result 1x20 licenses for 4 year.
Reported issue to Antivirus.eu & Bitdefender, but after many emails the issue is still not solved.
After 4 weeks of humiliation and without correction or refund, I decided to switch to another product and vendor.
Bitdefender & Antivirus.eu did not care about 20 unprotected windows clients for 4 weeks.
Pathetic how they respond and act.

Thank you for your review and for explaining your situation. I understand that you expected 2×20 licences for 2 years, and that it is very frustrating that this has ended up in Bitdefender Central as 20 licences for 4 years.
From Antivirus.eu’s side, we have delivered both licence codes correctly and on time. The way these codes are applied (extending an existing subscription or starting a new subscription alongside it) is determined entirely by Bitdefender Central and the settings of your Bitdefender account. The issue therefore does not lie in the licence codes we supplied, but in how the activation has been processed in Bitdefender’s system. We do not have access to your Bitdefender account and cannot split or modify licences there; only Bitdefender can do that.
Because the digital licences have been delivered and (partly) activated, we are unable to credit or cancel them, as also stated in our terms and conditions. We genuinely regret that things have turned out this way and that you have felt insufficiently helped. Should you in the future need assistance with the installation or activation of a licence purchased from us, we will be happy to think along with you within the possibilities we have.
