Has fantastic customer response time. They also have an extensive database of videos to help with the learning curve.

Hi, I do not understand why people have difficulties, I have access to the website all the time, from my pc and then with mobile phone. Of course there must be a limitation, if 40 or 50 computers use it, then the system would could get into touble. From the possibilities, I am wondering all the time what s possible, I made storybooks and the results are.....whow !!!!
I can only recommend them, I have a life time agreement and hope I will besome 99 or 100 years!

Every one of my reviews, I start with this: I am a big reviewer of products and services - especially in a world of anything and everything. I always refer to reviews to help me decide on whether something is worth getting - so writing reviews are ways for me to give back for the help I have received through the years of reading all reviews. The following are my rules to writing reviews:
1. Must be my honest experience, I must have had tried the product or service - no one pays for my reviews.
2. Must have communicated, in any manner, with the customer service, seller, product teams or owners before a review is posted.
3. Met the expectations that I perceived to make me want to buy. The SPECIFIC function, for products that are multi-functionable. And this specific function must be working properly at the point of purchase, if it is a software or product - and not filled with errors and bugs.
4. I review both product and experience - not one or the other, because a purchase requires everything. A bad team with a good product will not make me want to stay.
5. The following are the points I give:
1 Point - Ease of purchase experience. 1 point - Main product, general. 1 Point - Specific function that made me buy the product. 1 Point - Customer service and their communication. 1 Point - Keeping promises, like working to solve problems, getting back to your support tickets, and settling refund requests.
Here is my review of Artistly:

I see plenty of Artistly functions - but three things got me signing up.
1. Children's cookbook
2. Mazes and puzzles
3. Music Video Storyboard

My first experience - signing up. Bad.
I signed up on a Saturday. I did not receive payment confirmation from their side, no login details. After payment was made, it sent me to a page for me to login. And that's it. But because my account was no activated, I could not access the dashboard.
Supposedly, this happens when you have purchased before, and cancelled.
The problem is - this was/is my first time. I did purchase their Talkingphotos - I got that refunded. But regardless; I should not have to be chasing people for access to use my product immediately.
Next; they stated somewhere that their customer service works on weekdays - so what was I to do on the weekend; the period dedicated to using the software.
I had to join their FB group to ask for help, only then did someone do something.

I have been using ARTISTLY through four upgrades. Each one is better than the last. Glitches have been addressed promptly by Customer Service. This platform has been a game changer. Eagerly awaiting the next update.

Honestly. I have no regrets of buying this. I bought this for AI image generations and image editing. I have a good experience with this platform about those. It clearly adheres to prompts and generations are quick. Very detailed images with very good resolution. But the advanced AI image designer must be redesign. I was thrilled to discover an AI tool that skipped the usual monthly fees, especially one promising truly unlimited image generation. That thrill quickly soured into frustration and anger, though. Artistly AI's "unlimited" claim turns out to be wildly misleading. Buried deep in their fine print terms and conditions is a so-called "Fair Use Policy" that caps users at just 400 images per day, far from the boundless access they hype in their ads, both written and video.
When I tried to alert others by commenting on their Facebook ad, urging people to check the T&Cs first, Artistly AI swiftly blocked my account, silencing my warnings. If they ran a genuine and transparent operation, they wouldn't resort to such shady tactics to dodge feedback. Now, along with a handful of other dissatisfied customers, I'm committed to spreading the word far and wide: Scrutinize Artistly AI's terms and conditions before you buy, or risk the same letdown.

It's painfully clear that most of Artistly's glowing 5-star reviews are either AI-generated bots or paid shills, the repetitive use of certain phrases and words just scream FAKE! Those of us who fell for it and bought Artistly AI are now warning everyone: it's nothing but a massive SCAM.
First off, it's nowhere near "UNLIMITED" as advertised. Buried deep in their terms and conditions is a "fair use" policy limiting you to just 400 images per day. That might seem generous, but every failed generation counts toward it. It took me 25 attempts to nail one decent IMAGE. If that's the norm, you're looking at roughly 16 usable images daily on a service that brags about unlimited output.
And if you actually hit that 400-image cap consistently? They threaten to suspend or delete your account outright, with zero refunds. To top it off, Artistly doesn't even run its own AI, it piggybacks on third-party platforms. Total rip-off! ...SPREAD THE WORD... I made an effort to alert others on Facebook, but my account was blocked by Artistly.

Artistly AI is an excellent tool for creating a wide range of images with ease and precision. Whether you need illustrations, digital art, or creative concepts, it delivers high-quality results quickly. The variety of styles it supports makes it perfect for both beginners and professionals.

The user-interface can be improved as there are too many features and options, but with some trial and error, we can get used to it.

Also, it is a one time payment for life!

Just getting started using the program, but already I have found it to be amazing. With simple prompts, it creates incredible images quickly and with extremely high quality. The quantity of images it can create from a single prompt with variations of the artistic effects, etc. it incorporates in the different images gives me multiple excellent AI generated images to select from. I have noted some issues with the AI generated text sometimes not being accurate. I have found this to be a common issue with other AI programs. Nonetheless, the Artistly customer service has responded promptly to my comments, provided me with steps to try to improve the AI generated text accuracy, and Artistly is actively working to resolve these program issues by creating a Perfect Text feature. I expect that the entire program will get better and better, and I can’t wait to use more of its amazing features.

Love the concept of an all in one AI creative platform! Maybe the API credits’ cost is quite expensive… But the whole experience is good! Recommended.

Artistly AI is truly amazing! It doesn't require a subscription, yet it's packed with incredible new features and constant updates. The newly released Version 6 completely blew me away—especially since it can work with seamless integration for up to 5,000 words.

What really impressed me was its ability to create stories from uploaded images, incorporate my child's photo into creative storytelling, and maintain consistent characters across multiple images. The improvements from Version 5 to 6 are incredible.

If you're into design or creative storytelling, you absolutely must try this app. Words can't do it justice—you have to experience it for yourself!

When signing up I the fee payable for lifetime access was affordable but as soon as I was in, I realized many of the key functionalities were locked and I needed to upgrade. Artistly has engaged in false advertising and this should not be permitted to continue.

I use Artistly everyday I think it does awsome job. There are no credits to worry about, I got the cheaper version then quickly upgrade to the higher version, as it could do more, I love it and it works with video express an the new voice cloned, very nice

Lots of great features for a one time price. Not really too much to complain about. The only thing I found is Text is sometimes gibberish, but that happens with a lot of AI image models. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an AI image solution. Thanks.
