Great experience

Recently, I purchased a silver necklace with a pendant from an online store and I must say, I was extremely pleased with the product and the service provided. The quality of the necklace surpassed my expectations - it's beautifully crafted and the silver shines elegantly.
Moreover, the service was impeccable. The ordering process was smooth and the item arrived perfectly packaged & in perfect condition.

Egyptian collection for all lovers of Ancient Egypt!

I see first time Atlantica Store in Instagram. And in my eyes was - Egyptian collection. I was fall in love with this. I like so much culture and history of Ancient Egypt. And i see with what love and details was made this collection, i was excited! I take ring Nefertiti and another from collection Kheper. Waiting for 4 days from Italy to Spain, and now i have it in my hands. Im so happy! Its handmade, but with such quality! And i have some gifts from shop. I so thankfully to Atlantica! To have now a little story of Egypt. Thank you Atlantica for your love!

The size is too small

The size is too small, these are children's earrings. Refunds are made only if you pay for shipping back, because supposedly the size is indicated on the site, but with this size it isn’t at all clear how they will look on the ears and the width is not indicated. don’t waste your time and money, buy on trusted sites.

P.S. I specifically edited my review after your comment. I wanted to share video from your site, where clearly shows that the photo on the model is not shown in full, only the ear, and the client cannot compare the parameters of his face and ear - this is the first thing. second - the size you have indicated is only the diameter, which is also not clear, so that there are no problems, then indicate all the dimensions in full, especially the width of the earlobe, you are selling the product without trying it on. with that kind of customer service, you'll really never be an amazon. learn to admit mistakes, and not accuse of lies. your happiness that the review service does not skip the link to the video.

Dearest Anastasia, all the measurements of the earrings are indicated on the site and there is also a photo of how they are worn.
Refunds (which fortunately have been very few) we carry out with the costs at our expense if the problem depends on us but since in this case the error of not checking was yours we told you that only the shipping costs would be been at your expense.
If for every customer who receives the package and changes their mind we have to cover the return shipping costs we would lose too much and as we are not Amazon these are our policies.
I'm sorry what you wrote also because if it were true that you can't trust us you wouldn't even have received an answer and assistance service, which you received in less than 24 hours to your email.
For us the reviews are important so next time try to write it with more truth and less anger, thank you.
