Scam company that changes its name periodically (was coolbe previously)

Ordered shockproof phone case. Item not as advertised. Cheap and flimsy. They won't reply to me,message keeps saying they are busy. Terrible service . Be warned cheap products, no customer service. Would never use again.

That 1 star above should have be -☆☆☆☆☆ minus 5star as I received a plastic bag ripped open for my order and couldn't find any email address to complain total rip off do not buy from this company should be banned from advertising online all new company's should be fully investigated before being allowed to advertise online

Oh my god , if I could leave a 0 star review is the only review they are worthy

I ordered a pair of ear pads for my gaming head set , I got email confirmation and tracking number and it seemed like working ok .
When I got my order there was only one ear pad in the box , I did contact them and indeed they answered me but when the solution was in table they did not reply again .

To be honest the product was ok and good quality but it was one piece and it should be a pair !

I’m so disappointed not for the mistake but for the no reply when the solution was in table

I can understand the mistake , everyone can do a mistake !!!

I placed an order i didn't receive email confirmation but I get charged and no.way to.reach the customer service so zero refund as well I guess

ordered pan over JOOM. constant updates good is still in china. than emails from AYZEZE (???) than sms from Swiss Customs after 2 month (promised within 10 days in November 2025) lamp has arrived but no sender address - they want CHF 20 at cusstoms - cant login in JOOM im blocked. they constantly write back: contact us via your personal acct - I think theyre deaf&dumb as bread.

Zero star. Bought shoes for new year's eve at the beginning of December, "shipment before december 18th", now they're telling me the package will arrive February 27th. And if I don't need it anymore, will have to pay for sending it back. Keep away, its a scam!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The blankets were nothing like the pictures and the quality was even worse. Humbug!!!!

Ayzeze is a scam. Talk to your bank and dispute the payment its an easy process you get a refund from the bank. Ayzeze has 60 days to dispute the refund, your bank does the work. If you are successful you keep the money if Joom has legitimate case (yeah right) the money goes back to them.

Sent money, they wrote adress not found we ll send your money back, didn t see my money anymore

0 Stars to this company. I ordered month ago and got email that my order is on it way and delivery dates 3 times changed already. And where is this traveling from deep space? If on 28.november it is shipped and needed be long time ago, last time they send be it is delayed and be 9.december and on this date i got new delivery date on 6. February next year. Are you kidding me? Avoid this. Don't buy here. I even can't get refund back

I’ve managed to locate my order but my order details have been withheld. Even their refund policy page shows an error message.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS. RECEIVED A USED BROKEN VERSION OF WHAT I ORDERED WITH PARTS MISSING. WILL ALWAYS STICH TO TEMU OR AMAZON NOW.

I never received confirmation of my orders but the payment went through. I ordered a couple of items, clothing and jewellery from this site but they never confirmed my order and I haven’t any point of reference to contact them.
Definitely a scam site. Please do not use this company I have lost money so many times now with these random sites which I will never use again especially this one. Will stick to well know high street sites and Shein and Temu. DO NOT USE AYZEZE.
