Promised features
The company promised features that it turns out hadn’t actually been completed, such as automated posting of videos. That didn’t work at all. But in one way that was a benefit as the themes of the videos it did make were often repeated, so I had to weed those out and try to get credits back. Voice choices were quite limited as were the styles of video available. It seems I was lucky as when I complained and asked for a refund, I did get it back quickly. I prefer using my own AI tools and doing the whole process myself.

the company can improve. its a program for convenience only. when you want to create your own video and because you are new to this you do make mistakes. take note that you cannot change OR DELETE that mistake. you pay dearly for it WITH YOUR MONEY. they deduct it from your few vids YOU PAY for. you basically forced to pay more. Maybe they should get sued if you dont get the views and money with their generic videos .
