Great shop for modern man

The shop offer high quality clothes for reasonable price. But the most important is that you can buy anything from the shop and it fits to look of the other things bought there.

I have ordered two jackets but I only…

I have ordered two jackets but I only got one jacket. They return my money back and they didn’t give me any information about canceling. I got my order so late. When I opened my package I got surprised by seeing one item. It was so disappointing😞

Refund not paid onto card.

I returned a pair of pants and was informed the money will be put on my card. Nothing special there. Normal procedure. 2 weeks later still no refund. When I phoned customer support I was told they have technical issues and they can't see the request from the shop in their system. I was told they have no time frame for solving the issues and when I asked what concrete actions they are taking, I was told they have passed it on and there is nothing they can do. It is up to me to solve the issue. ???

I wonder how many customers have not seen that the refund had landed in their account!?
