Although the contact address shows they are from the USA, they are actually from Bangladesh.

But sometimes I failed to communicate with them, so they need some improvement in this sector, and I know the biggest problem now is the Business banking sector. We expect BG to bring a proper solution to this matter.
I suggest they find a fintech bank that provides support for Business activity in the long term.
