We had a terrible stay in a place in Spain…

We had a terrible stay in a place in Spain... the revues for our property were all good on average & so we booked for 3 nights, The place was worse than disgusting so we left after the first night & left a one star revue on Casamundo.. they have removed all of the one star revues & also 2 star just to attract bookings... Revues should be honest & untouchable... they are not like booking.com etc..

I have booked an apartment in…

I have booked an apartment in torremolinas for august and paid a deposit. I cannot see when the balance is due or how i can pay installments. I have emailed customer service 3 times and had no response, can anyone help please

Say NO to Casamundo

With so many terrific options out there, there is no reason to use this rental company. First, you need to know, unlike other popular services, they will NOT be responsible for the conditions of your stay. They farm you out to third party rental companies and if anything goes wrong (plenty did) they make a weak attempt to compensate you through the other party and when that doesn't work they throw up their hands and say sorry, not our problem, you signed our T&A and you agreed to deal with someone else. (for the first time, read that T&A carefully if you DO have to work with them). Thankfully, you have other options!!! Never again, for us.

Je vous mets une etoile mais vous n'en méritez même pas, c'est juste que je suis obligé sinon je ne pourrai effectuer de commentaires.
Voici donc la suite et le mail recu ce matin de vos collègues belita, ces arnaqueurs de première catégorie
Je vous annonce avoir porté plainte contre Casamundo puisqu'à la base c'est vous qui m'avez redirigé vers votre prestation à la noix.
Très important pour vous les internautes qui me lisez, ne reserver surtout pas sur ce site.
En plus comme ils sont incompétents, il m'envoie un mail où il me disent de contrôler mes indésirables parce que souvent leurs mails y attérissent ce que je me tue à leur expliquer depuis 2 semaines maintenant concernant ma première réservation
